Relax, unwind and get in a vacation state of mind in this beautiful home away from home!
Whether you need a change of scenery to work from home, or want to unplug and reconnect with friends and nature or make new family memories, this condo is the place for you!

This entertainer's paradise is a 1100 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sitting on the first hole of the Schuss Golf course with a gorgeous view of the mountain. Open concept floor plan, brand new flooring, appliances , Quartz counter tops and all the modern amenities you could need without sacrificing the cabin aesthetic. 

After a day on the slopes, Enjoy a glass of wine or a hot cocoa next to the wood burning fireplace (wood included!) and take advantage of the walkability to the ski slopes, Nordic center, and golf clubhouse. Shuttle into Bellaire for dining, drinks, and shopping. Perfect location!

The city of Bellaire is a short 6 mile drive where you can find dining, Shorts micro brewery with their delicious unique sandwiches, soup and pizza, antique shops, a movie theater, coffee shop and restaurants. Bellaire Bar has a good variety menu from dinners to burgers at reasonable prices.

This resort can serve as a hub for Torch lake, Traverse City, Petoskey and Elk Rapids. You are only a short drive to some beautiful lakes and rivers. Riverside marina rents boats, which would be a great way to explore the chain of lakes.

Traverse City and Petoskey are appx. 35 minutes away, and Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay appx. 20 miles away. You are just 10 minutes from a public boat launch for TORCH LAKE. There is also a public boat launch at LAKE BELLAIRE which is part of the 'chain of Lakes'

Paddles and Pedals shop in Bellaire will deliver bikes, canoes, or kayaks to the condo or wherever you would like to use them.

TURTLE CREEK CASINO only 26 miles away!

Very disappointed with bedroom being overcrowded. Very uncomfortable for retired seniors to a one foot access to only one side of a queen bed.Because of a bunk bed set shoved in such a small bedroom. This place should had no style on proper placement of beds.

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed our stay— condo was clean and orderly. Great view of the golf course and conveniently located next door to the pool. Beds were okay— and the AC unit could be loud at times, but besides that it was a perfect trip.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip with friends. The scenery around the property was beautiful and made the experience even better. The host was extremely responsive and kind. Would definitely recommend!

Loved staying here

You can't beat staying in Schuss Mountain Village. For us, cleanliness matters most and this condo was super clean, also was very comfy and fully stocked. Communication with owners is easy and they are very quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Plenty of space for all of us. Our stay was very comfortable and we had everything we would need. The only downside is the walls were thin and you could hear everything from the several places that were attached.

Girls Trip

It was a wonderful experience! The resort is lovely and the condo was perfect for our group. At night we would sit on the deck and look at the stars. This place fit our needs very well. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Perfect fall getaway

Our family wanted to head north and unwind for the weekend and this condo was everything we wanted it to be! It’s absolutely adorable inside. Clean as a whistle. Had everything we could have ever needed. The pool just up the road was closed unfortunately but there was another pool we were able to use just up the road. We loved the whole shanty creek area. Spent a day in bellaire and another in boyne which was just a quick drive. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for a lovely stay! We so appreciate it

This was such a lovely place to stay for a little girls' weekend. We did get up pretty late in the night and it wasn't easy to find, but it was much easier with the instructions provided by the host when it was light out. It was such a hole in the wall find and there were plenty of places to go for food and nature walks within a reasonable distance. I'd love to come back someday to ski when it snows!

Perfect in all ways

We had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed and the location to explore was great as well. Walking to the pool and parking the boat right down the street was super convenient. Event enjoyed some family pickleball at the courts. Thank you!

CK Schuss Mountain Condo Rentals LLC has grown from one condo to now 16 condos in Schuss Village near Bellaire Michigan. Our area has something to do year around. Winter, skiing both downhill and cross country, dog sledding, tubing. Summer has endless fun things to do. Golf, boating, biking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, canoeing and kayaking. A major attraction is Shorts Brewery in Bellaire. The quaint town of Bellaire is 6miles away. 15 minutes away you can spend the day on Torch Lake and stop at the Dockside restaurant for dinner.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The cross country ski trail is literally out the back door. You will be a short walk to the slopes, the club house, pool, hot tub and Ivan's restaurant. We have an outdoor heated association pool. This is the only association in Schuss Village that offers a private pool. You will also have a pool pass to go to the indoor pools and hottubs. This condo is an upper level with vaulted ceilings making it feel larger and more open. No noisy guests above you.
