The guest suite at Copper Hill Farm is a furnished studio-style apartment with a bedroom area, dining area, coffee service/mini-fridge/microwave, private full bath, private entrance and your own patio, plus use of a 3-person hot tub overlooking gorgeous rural scenery. Enjoy ample parking, including space for your RV where hookup for electric (and water in-season) can be provided. Sweeping views of the valley provide a picturesque setting. You can relax in seclusion, enjoying both luxurious touches and the charms of a working farm, while still enjoying exceptionally direct access to Penn State's campus just a few miles away.

Copper Hill Farm is a working farmstead, the home of our family of four, and our peaceful getaway from the rest of a hectic life. We look forward to sharing it with you! Stroll the orchards and enjoy a snack of fresh apple, pear or plum in season. Walk the 1/4-acre food garden and see what's ripe; we're more than happy to give you a tour, and you may just wind up with some fresh produce to take home. Meet the chickens who provide our farm fresh eggs every day. Give an apple or a treat (provided for you!) to the two horses, Ginger and Donut, who graze peacefully in the pasture just outside your door. Have a glass of local wine in the provided wineglasses while soaking away your day in the hot tub, watching fluffy clouds roll by. Take a contemplative walk around the North Hollow; you might see our resident fox and her kits, stumble onto some wild black raspberries, or savor the hush of a snowy moment. Anything is possible at Copper Hill Farm!

Horses, chickens, a rooster, and other animals live at the farm! If you are traveling with an RV, your pets are welcome to stay in the RV. For their safety and yours, we ask that all dogs be on leash while visiting the outdoor spaces of Copper Hill Farm unless they are within the fenced dog run. NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED IN THE GUEST SUITE AT ANY TIME, out of consideration for visitors with allergies. ***If you are traveling with large animals such as horses and wish to rent stall + paddock for an additional fee of $30/night, please inquire before booking.*** You are responsible for ensuring that any children traveling with you stay out of the horse pasture and barn for their own safety. We love to see children feed the ponies a treat over the fence line (provided for you at check in!) but don’t want anyone to be injured through unsafe interaction with our four-hoofed family members. Please note also that the hot tub does not lock, and it is your responsibility to ensure children do not use the hot tub unsupervised.
