We were attending a collegiate volleyball tournament at the convention center. This property allowed us to provide catered meals to the team. Beautiful property tucked into a growing neighborhood very close to downtown area. Highly recommend!

The loft is absolutely gorgeous, clean as a whistle, well decorated/stocked, and close to some solid breweries. There was some significant road construction happening all around the unit, but that did not dampen our stay. Cannot imagine a better property in KC!

We had a great stay. The construction around the property made it difficult to park and order ride shares, but that was the only inconvenience. The loft is beautiful and had everything we needed. Thank you Chuck!

great weekend

We had a great sports weekend in KC and Chuck's loft was the perfect crash pad. We enjoyed all the local hot spots and came back to a really fun apartment. Very comfortable, modern, clean, and the WIFI, tv, sound system were incredible. Would stay there again and again.

Gorgeous place

The host was very communicative, instructions were clear, and the property was awesome. We stayed for a bachelorette party and it couldn’t have been more perfect. My best girlfriends & I celebrated me turning 30 Princess Diaries style in Kansas City! 4 days, 3 nights of pure fun exploring the city and views from the rooftop. Cannot wait to come back and stay at this property again - absolutely incredible!!

Wonderful weekend getaway with friends

My friends and I came to KC for a bachelorette party. This place was absolutely perfect. Everything from communication with the property man so, to the cleanliness, to the space and roominess was to notch! The loft truly made our weekend so special!

Great place, questionable neighborhood .

The place was absolutely perfect, however on one last night one of the vehicles was broken into, windows broken, just to steal change.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience and understand how upsetting it must have been. While downtown Kansas City is generally very safe, incidents like this, unfortunately, can occur in any city. This is the first such incident we've experienced in over five years of hosting, and we want to emphasize that public crime is beyond our control. For added peace of mind, we do have exterior security cameras in place around the property. We always encourage our guests to take basic precautions, such as locking their vehicles and not leaving valuables visible, which can help minimize the risk of such occurrences. While we understand the frustration of this situation, we believe that one negative experience should not overshadow the many positive ones. We encourage future guests to read the numerous excellent reviews from past stays, as they reflect the overall quality and safety of our property.
