Rest easy in three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Two rooms feature ensuite bathrooms, King beds, and Smart TVs, while the third offers a cozy Queen bed.

In-Unit Laundry:

Travel light thanks to a full-size washer and dryer, with an iron, ironing board, and laundry detergent provided for your convenience.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire 3-bedroom apartment. You will also receive a key fob for unlimited access to the building's luxurious shared amenities, including:

Other Things to Note:

Check-In/Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request for a fee.

Pre-Arrival: You will receive a quick pre-check-in form to complete after booking, along with your check-in instructions and a house manual.

Security Hold: A refundable $200 security hold is placed on your card before arrival and automatically released within 3 days of checkout, provided there are no damages or rule violations.

Long Stays: Stays over 5 nights require a basic criminal background check.

Family Needs: A Pack ’n Play or an air mattress is available upon request. A second air mattress can be rented for $35/night via the guest app.

Shared Amenities: The pool and gym are shared with other residents and may occasionally close for maintenance without prior notice.

Amplified Sound: The use of amplified sound equipment audible beyond the property line is prohibited from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Vehicles & Parking: Vehicles must be operable, licensed, and parked inside the garage; oversized commercial vehicles (15,000+ lbs) not permitted unless actively loading/unloading

Off-street parking: 1 space included; additional parking may be requested

Decor: The apartment's decor or furniture may differ slightly from the photos, but the style and cozy vibes remain the same.

Balcony Door Lock: To lock the balcony door, close it completely, then lift the handle upwards while simultaneously turning the lock knob until you hear it click.
