Amazing home and host. We spent 6 days enjoying Montana with my daughter’s family which included a 3 and 1 year old. The property was perfect and had everything we needed for all. If we had any questions, Brooke answered immediately and was so helpful in her advice especially regarding Yellowstone. Livingston was an easy walk and nice to wander around in. Sacajawea park was amazing for the kids to burn off energy. Overall a memorable trip with wonderful accommodations.

We loved our stay here. The house is modern and beautifully renovated while still retaining plenty of character. It was exceptionally clean, organized, and uncluttered, with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the views were beautiful, and the backyard, patio, and grill were great.The location is excellent—an easy drive into Livingston, which we loved. It’s a cool, authentic Western town. We enjoyed the house so much that we actually canceled other lodging plans and extended our stay. Our 11-year-old daughter loved being there too.A couple of practical notes: Livingston is a train town, so you will hear trains at different times of day and night. The heating also isn’t zoned between floors, so we kept the downstairs cooler and used extra blankets rather than overheating the upstairs.The only small hiccup was the pool cover. Removing it is a bit of a process, and the instructions strongly recommend watching a video first, but the video link wasn’t working.Overall, an easy five-star stay. Beautiful, comfortable, thoughtfully renovated, and a place we genuinely enjoyed spending time in. We were sad to leave.

This house was super! We all enjoyed ourselves immensely. The rooms were well furnished and very well layed out for a large group. The hot tub was so fun for the kids and adults alike. The kitchen was very well stocked. And there were plenty of towels! We will be back!

Christmas in Livingston

Had a wonderful time dog sledding, ice fishing, and visiting. Hot tub and pool were a nice addition.

Wedding Base for family of the Bride

needed a place with space for 5 adults with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. This house met our needs and exceeded our expectations!!! lots of room, well equipped kitchen, great hangout spots plus a hot tub and a view of the valley and Livingston

The house is actually advertised as a 3 bedroom home with an office with a sofa bed and a common space with a murphy bed. We would never want to misguide our guests so we do feel bad if you felt that way.

Perfection!

The his house was the best rental we have ever stayed in. It did not feel like a rental at all. Tia property is gorgeous and clean and very well stocked! We had teens and two young adults with us and everyone felt like they had their own space. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus. We loved using it at the end of a day of adventures. Thank you!!!

You will not be disappointed staying at Absaroka Sunrise house. Great place to gather the family -lots of fun ganes and activities books and books to your hearts content. Interesting art and antiquities to marvel at. Incredibly comfortable bedding. All organic soaps and shampoos. As well as dishwashing soaps and laundry detergent. The well stocked kitchen had a variety of spices, plus flour and sugar.Complementary ground local coffee or Keurig cups if you prefer. Pots and pans plus every kitchen gadget you could possibly need to cook on there gas oven stove.(even a crockpot !)Beautiful serving trays to serve your meals, high-end finishes all over the house. Views from the deck and several rooms of the house that will take your breath away. Nice area to sit by the fire on the front deck and enjoy the scenery or the sunrise/sunsets. Nice laundry facility on the bottom floor, hot tub was clean with plenty of towels after you enjoy the outdoors. We would 1000% stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the start, Dina and all of the Key Montana team were extremely kind, responsive and had a wealth of local knowledge. We were planning a year out from our wedding and Dina helped us save money by going direct through them vs a third party site and also helped us pick out other homes for our immediate family; we were within walking distance of each other which was a dream. The house has gorgeous views from the hillside of Livingston, spacious with 3 bedrooms/3 baths, high quality and cozy-lived in vibes - we felt right at home! There is no doubt we'll be back to this property and/or others of theirs. Our wedding party must have rented out 2/3 of them and everyone gave rave reviews. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!!
