Perched on 12 private acres bordering 280+ acres of BLM land, this secluded mountain retreat offers breathtaking views, ample space for exploration, and modern comforts, including air-conditioning. Just 25 minutes from Bozeman, this five-bedroom, five-bathroom home is perfect for families and groups seeking a peaceful getaway. Enjoy the serenity of nature from the expansive wrap-around deck.

- Primary Bedroom (Main Level): Queen-size bed, two full bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combo, one with a walk-in shower).
- Guest Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): Queen-size bed, en-suite full bathroom.
- Guest Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): Twin-over-full bunk bed, en-suite full bathroom.
- Guest Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Twin-over-full bunk bed.
- Guest Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): Divided space with a king bed on one side and two twin beds on the other. Shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Cozy Living Spaces with Mountain Charm:
- Living Room: Floor-to-ceiling windows, rustic leather sofas, electric fireplace, and 60-inch smart TV.
- Loft Lounge: Leather sofa, club chairs, dedicated work desk with computer and printer, and a large gaming table.
