This luxurious raised beach house has 5 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate a total of 15 people with 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 fulls (bunk beds) & 1 twin in the 3rd bedroom, 1 full & 1 queen in the 4th bedroom and 2 twins (trundle bed) in the 5th bedroom.

The open floor plan showcases hardwood flooring throughout. The open living room has a roomy porch off the front & back. The bright and airy, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar. The living room as well as all bedrooms have a TV. The room w/the twin trundle does not have cable but there is a DVD player.

The extensive master suite offers a private balcony and private bathroom with a garden tub and walk in shower. The 2nd & 3rd bathrooms (one on each level) have a standard tub/shower combo. The 1/2 bath is in the ground floor storage room, and is conveniently located near the pool so you don't have to go in the house dripping wet. Other features include free W-Fi, parking for 6 vehicles, and washer & dryer.

The over sized lot includes a fenced in yard, private pool with built in sitting pool (jets, waterfall & heater are disabled, this is no longer a hot tub and only meant to be used as a relaxing sitting pool), private above ground hot tub, fire pit, 90" projector screen (must bring your own portable projector), ping pong table, professionally landscaped yard, outdoor shower, table and plenty of seating around the pool. For your convenience, there is also a storage room full of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, pool floats and yard games such as cornhole. Beautiful home

Beautiful home, spacious with beautiful backyard. Homes surrounding it were not as nice. Neighborhood was a little run down.

Would definitely stay there again. Check-in process was a little cumbersome. 4 bedrooms and a bed in the laundry room. Great location, a block and a half from the beach

Nice stay

The house was really nice and spacious. I appreciated the automation. Check in was really easy. The only thing I would say is avoid coming in town too early and would suggest coming closer to the designated time. We all loved the house.

Quiet Getaway!

15 of us came to enjoy the area and the beach. The house was exactly like the pictures. Clean and comfortable. Plus it is only a couple of blocks from the beach.

Everybody had a great time and enjoyed this houses amenities very much. We had some minor inconveniences but nothing that prohibited us from doing what we set out to do. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home away from home.

Bath towels were sufficient. Decorated nicely. Backyard with pool and hot tubs very nice. However pool needed cleaned and was not serviced to remove dirt during our stay. Grass needed cut. Very minor service calls to rental office were handled quickly. Would recommend

Backyard

Grill on deck is too close to the house and was a grease fire waiting to happen. Jacuzzi next to pool did not work, or could not find switch for jets. Jacuzzi under deck was very dirty and had weird yellow suds in it.

A Nice Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a great amount of space. Our group of five adults and four small children were not on top of each other. The location is great, you can see the ocean from the porch and is only a few steps away. Getting to everything else around was a snap and there were a dozen places easy enough to walk to. The furniture was comfortable. There was enough plates/glasses/silverware that we didn't need to wash after every meal. The instructions for hot tub use were not pointed out, we did not find there was an ON button to start the heater until after we had called and a service request was put in. There is defiantly some general maintenance that should be completed. I realize I did not give a detailed list of issues, but the rusted off hinges on every screen door led us to understand there wasn't as through an inspection as we though. It certainly wasn't dirty, but for the cleaning fee finding cigarette butts and shoes was sad. It also would have been nice to know "there is a starter pack", three rolls of toilet paper, two trash bags and two dish washer pods is all that was given for nine registered guests for a week with the cost was sad. I would defiantly use North Beach again, not sure I would use this property especially at peak rental prices.

Amazing!!!!

This is the best property we have stayed in! Everything was amazing the entire home was like A resort. We barely went to the beach because we spent most of our time relaxing in the pool. The backyard was amazing. I mean just amazing. The only complaint I have is that we had to leave lol. Definitely our go to property from now on.

Reviewer Comments: We rented this property with 11 adults & 3 kids and had a blast in the pool and enjoyable walks on the beach, which was just a 3-5 min walk. There is ice cream and food in walking distance, so no need to drive unless u wanna grab groceries or head out somewhere for other activities. The rooms and beds were lovely, as well as the decor. Definitely suggest this rental for your group!

Baseball tournament week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property with another family for a baseball tournament. This house was big enough and had plenty of places to sleep for our group of 10. I will base this review on the price we paid in June, which seems very high. I felt it was overpriced, however maybe that is just the prices in MB in the summer. I felt like there was a lot of details overlooked. For example, patio furniture wasn’t even set up nicely at the pool and an umbrella was broken and just laying down. There was a half blown up kiddie pool in the back yard and leaves all around the patio area. Just seemed at the price we paid it should have been taken care of better. The pool was hazy the entire week. Most dishes in the cabinet had to be rewashed due to coffee stains and food particles on them. There was mildew on the shower curtains. Again, it wasn’t a bad house but I would think at the very high price things like this wouldn’t have been an issue. We also had a cooler stolen from right in front of the front door.
