This luxurious pet friendly raised beach house is only 0.1 miles from the beach (about a 3 minute walk) and has 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate a total of 14 people with 1 king in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom, 1 king in the 3rd bedroom, 2 queens in the 4th bedroom and 2 queens in the 5th bedroom.

The open floor plan provides plenty of communal space and features a spacious porch off the living room. The bright and airy, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an island for additional seating. The living room as well as all bedrooms feature a flat screen TV for added convenience. There is a private elevator that goes from the ground floor to the 1st level of the house but it does not go to the 2nd level.

The 1st floor features the spacious living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room, master bedroom (1 king) and attached private bathroom, 2nd bedroom (2 twins), 3rd bedroom (1 king) and a full bathroom. The 2nd floor features the 4th bedroom (2 queens), 5th bedroom (2 queens), a full bathroom and small seating area. Other features include free W-Fi, cable TV, private elevator and parking for at least 6 vehicles.

The oversized lot includes a fenced in yard, private pool, outdoor living & dining space w/TV & string lights, professionally landscaped yard, outdoor shower, and seating around the pool. The garage features a game room with Ms. Pac-Man, Galaga, Golden Tee, a ping pong table, corn hole, connect 4, pool/beach toys, beach wagon and propane grill. Overall, the property was great for our family get together. Some things were broken or missing from previous renters, but North Myrtle Beach Vacations was awesome in sending someone to fix any issues. The accommodations were great. The game room was fun. We would rent this location again.

Nice Place In A Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Half our golf group stayed here and half in the house next door. Easy access to Barefoot Resort, the beach and restaurants. House was fine but the A/C didn't work at all in the main level for over 24 hours. Property management was responsive and ultimately provided individual A/C units for the 3 rooms affected. Still had a great trip but that requires immediate attention.

Very spacious home but needs more frequent checking and updating

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was the perfect size for our family. Unfortunately, the interior small amount of cooking utensils, baking pans, and pots were old. During our visit, we discovered a broken kitchen drawer and the toilet in the downstairs bathroom would not work. We thoroughly enjott to Ed the pool and the garage arcade!

Our family and pets enjoyed our stay here. There is plenty of parking. Which can be stressful with a large family. We loved being able to sit on the porch in the evening and down by the pool in the morning. Plenty of seating for everyone! It was an easy walk to the beach and appreciated the wagon. I do wish the grass had been cut before our stay there. It was difficult to pick up after our pets because the grass was so long. We did try to be courteous and remove all pet waste from the grass. There was a ceiling fan that did not work but everything else was as expected. We had a great time.

Disappointing stay with cleanliness and maintenance concernsUnfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. We found what appeared to be black mold in the bathroom and were later told by maintenance that there was mold in the HVAC system. Several people in our group became sick during the stay, which was especially concerning since we had an infant and a pregnant guest.The property also had significant cleanliness issues, including a very dirty bathroom floor, dusty HVAC vents, and ceiling fans that released dust and debris when running. There was also visible mold/mildew outside on the porch and in the upstairs bedroom. Overall, the condition of the property was not what we expected and made us uncomfortable staying there. We strongly recommend having the property professionally cleaned and the HVAC system thoroughly inspected before hosting additional guests.

Our team always strives to provide excellent service, and we were glad to assist you by picking up, laundering, and returning your garments, as well as delivering extra linens. Regarding your maintenance concerns about the mold discovered on the ceiling, we immediately had a certified HVAC company inspect the property. The licensed technician confirmed there was no mold inside the HVAC system or ducts. The issue you observed was superficial moisture on the ceiling caused by standard HVAC duct condensation ("sweating"), which we have already treated and resolved. Our records show that no housekeeping or cleanliness issues were reported to us at any point during your stay. Had our team been notified, we would have sent housekeeping back to the property immediately to address the ceiling fans and floors to ensure your comfort. We appreciate your feedback and wish you and your family the very best.

Easy living

House and property were as advertised. Great location with good restaurants and shopping close by. We enjoyed our daily walks on the beach with our dogs. There were plenty of bath towels for all of us and comfortable chairs with great dining space to accommodate us all.

Overall, beautiful home for a big girls trip! The listing matched perfectly to what we got & the location is a great proximity to the beach & Barefoot Landing. We had to call maintenance twice for a broken toilet handle & then an HVAC leak but the property manager was quick to respond & got it all taken care of.

The home was clean, well suited for us, and located very close to the beach! Really more 4.5/5 stars. Only complaints are the lack of enough basic household items (toilet paper, trash bags, etc) and check in is at another location.

Great location to the beach. Meet all our needs. Loved the pool area. When we arrived the elevator was not working. Had to wait until the next day for someone to fix it. Had to call the office for more towels. Over all had a great time!

It is pet friendly, however, if your furry friends do not like to ride in TINY elevators, I would suggest staying somewhere different, the stairs can be a lot for them.
