This four-bedroom home offers a serene retreat for up to 10 guests, providing the perfect escape. Located just outside of Tillamook where Netarts Bay meets the Pacific Ocean it is the perfect destination for families or friends to gather.

LIVING ROOM, KITCHEN & DINING

Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting living area, featuring comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The open-concept kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, an induction stovetop, and a dining table for 10, making it an ideal space for cooking delicious meals and sharing memorable moments with loved ones.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom is an oasis, featuring a California king bed, a glimpse of the ocean, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The additional three bedrooms offer a variety of bed configurations, including a queen, a full with a twin, and double twin bunk beds, ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements. The upstairs bathroom featuring a double vanity and a tub/shower combination and the main floor half bath adds to the home's functionality.

EXTRAS

Outdoor enthusiasts will delight in the spacious back patio, complete with a propane bar-b-que, an ice box for drink or condiments, and an outdoor dining area for 10. Gather around the cozy wood-burning fire pit in the evenings in the star light and enjoy the serenity of the surroundings. For a unique culinary experience, bring your own hardwood firewood and try your hand at cooking in the wood-fired outdoor pizza oven.

Sequoia Casa is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, a bring-your-own-streaming-services smart TV, and a washer/dryer, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Parking is available in the driveway, making it easy to explore the surrounding area including the beach. No RV or boat parking is allowed.

This hypoallergenic house features a whole-house ventilation system that exchanges stale air with fresh, filtered air every hour. The property lacks air conditioning, but the radiant floor heating system maintains a comfortable temperature by keeping the tile floor warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
