Only 1.5 blocks from the Beach! Leave your cars in the spacious driveway -- 4 guaranteed spaces! -- and take a short walk to all of Dewey Beach's exciting attractions, or take a quick spin on the Jolly Trolley to Rehoboth Beach and enjoy its award-winning Restaurants & Boardwalk! If additional parking is needed, weekly Dewey Beach parking permits for street parking throughout Dewey can be purchased at Dewey Town Hall -- let us know if you need assistance with this!


This updated two-floor condo features four (4) bedrooms, two full baths, plus an outside shower (when 2 showers won't do), and sprawling driveway parking for up to four cars! The top floor of the condo features an open floor plan with a large living area and private deck - which is great for entertaining friends and family - the master bedroom with KING bed, and a full bath. The condo has flat screen Smart HDTVs with streaming, DVD Player, video games, board games, books, and Free WiFi. While most meals are taken outside, the home has a family-style eat-in kitchen.


The kitchen is fully stocked with every aspect of home - refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, garbage disposal, dishware, glasses, utensils, coffee mugs, pots & pans, and cutting boards. And, if there is something you need and it's not there - just call us!



The lower-level features a secondary walk-out for ground floor accessibility, three bedrooms and another full bath. Each room comes dressers and night stands for your convenience. The first bedroom downstairs has a DOUBLE bed. The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed, and the largest bedroom downstairs has three (3) sets of TWIN BUNK BEDS.


Please bring your own paper products, bath towels, beach towels, and bed linens.


Our condo is dog-friendly, but at this time, we cannot accommodate feline friends.


We have 2 outdoor security cameras located at each entrance for security purposes, only.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Amazing location, comfortable living room, good communication with host and easy check-in. The condo has a unique layout given the building houses three condos (I.e. the front door is at the back of the building), but overall worked great for our group. Would recommend.

Perfect location! The owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The booking process was super easy aswell. Definitely recommend if you have big groups, want a great location, and want a relaxing or party vacation!!!

Great Dog Friendly place to stay in Dewey! Condo is even more roomy then pictures show. Nice quiet block. Walking distance to everything in Dewey. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Location!

We had a great stay at James and Vicky’s condo. The location was fabulous, a very close walk to all the Dewey beach attractions and a short drive to Rehoboth. We were slightly disappointed that we still had to bring all bath/beach towels, sheets and paper products even though the global pandemic is over. Overall we had a great stay and a great time in the condo!

Fun Bachelorette Weekend!

My friends and I had a blast for my bachelorette weekend! Overall the house was clean, although the basement carpet could use a serious steam clean. Only major issue was a friend of mine slipping on the bunk bed ladder rungs and hitting her face, resulting in stitches. Ladder rungs were slippery due to condensation from the portable AC units.

Disappointed

The outside area (back of the house) was not groomed at all everything was old and dirty and there were cigar butts on the ground and the outside shower is not even close to the entrance which was a backyard staircase guarded and webbed daily by a large spider. There were several unpleasant items left under furniture inside that the cleaning people missed but our dog did not. We were under the impression we had the whole house but there are 3 units.

Wonderful place for a long weekend with family and dogs

This was a great space for my family - including my brothers family our Mom and Aunt to all come for a long beach weekend... and was super plus that it allowed us to bring our dogs. Very clean, bright and spacious, and had a wonderful kitchen, for some great home cooked breakfast we could all enjoy. Highly recommended!

Great week at Dewey Beach!

This beach house was perfect for my boyfriend and my large blended family. We were very comfortable there with our 8 kids and gold retriever. The location is fantastic. It was quiet yet close to the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend.

House was great for our family especially bunk beds for the kids and good location. Parking was a little tight but we managed and could have used more kitchen supplies especially utensils.

Great hosts and house!

We had a great time at Vicky & James’ property! Great location and the pictures are accurate! Plenty of space for our family - we loved our time in the unit and the easy accessibility to the beach and many restaurants / activities in and around both Dewey and Rehoboth! A few things to note: the owners recently changed the full cable package for the TVs to Smart TVs and parking can be a bit tight when all units are being used, but there’s additional street permit parking if needed. The owners are extremely responsive, friendly, and accommodating, which we also appreciated!

This rental is tucked away in busy beach town. The property was very clean and beautifully furnished. Everything, including the beach, is within walking distance. Would definitely come here again.

30th Birthday with 2 Dogs, 11 adults

There were good things and not good things about our stay. To start, the house was decent. It was awesome being able to have 11 adults in one house, as well as 2 dogs! The house was a good size and had good amenities. The location is fantastic in regard to being in a quiet neighborhood but also close walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife. The deck was a nice size, and it was convenient to have two entrances, one to each floor of the house. There were also a few opportunities for improvement in our experience. My biggest issue was probably that the listing changed from when I booked but before my stay, and I was not notified of the changes by the hosts. We were lucky to have looked at it again before our trip, or else we would not have known to bring our own linens for the beds due to the listing being updated post booking. We also noticed some things the cleaning service missed from the last guests, but nothing was extremely dirty (water bottle under the dishwasher, decorations from a bachelor party.) Parking was a little confusing and very tight with all 3 units in the building being occupied the same weekend. Minor inconvenience was that we could not find cookie sheets for oven use. Overall it was a good experience, and I would use the house again for a future stay in Dewey. The current listing information is very accurate to the property.

Dewey Beach escape

Our family of 6 and our dog had a wonderful stay! The property was as described in the listing, just bring your own linens, towels and paper products. There was plenty of room to spread out and lots of seating for games or movie nights. We loved the quick and convenient walk to dog friendly Dewey beach and our pooch loved it too! There are shops close by or a short drive gets you to Rehoboth. Minor cleaning requested at check out. Overall, a great place to stay!
