If you have never experienced the Brigantine Quarters then we encourage you to do so. It is a beautiful gated community. Our condo is located in a secluded part of Shipyard Plantation called Brigantine Quarters. We offer a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo on second floor with a full kitchen and bar, dining room, living room and a porch/veranda.

Enjoy taking in the views with a cup of coffee or your favorite libation as you sit out on the veranda. We offer private beach access where you can spend your day. Or, if you prefer, our condo also offers access to two beautiful pools (one heated), tennis & pickleball courts, walking trails and a children's play area - all right there outside the front door. Ride bikes, look for wildlife everywhere and then when you are ready to enjoy the rest of what Hilton Head Island has to offer, know that we are centrally located on the island with easy access to shopping, dining and entertainment. We hope staying with us brings you a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The property was great and i loved the view of rhe marsh. The condo was great and worked just fine for me and my family. The location was fantastic and i would definitely stay here again.

The property is in an excellent area. Close proximity to beaches, restaurants and a good launching point for the many activities in the area. The owners were great to respond to any questions we had. A recommended vacation rental.

Shipyard

We really enjoy staying in Brigatine Quarters. We enjoy the two pools and love the gate access! We enjoy being able to ride our bikes everywhere and watching the gators is fun too. We feel safe and there are always families there so our kids always have someone new to meet and play with.

Great place in Shipyard

We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean and had everything we needed. As another reviewer commented, it wasn’t overly decorated which was nice. The view from the condo was spectacular and we watched the alligators swim around the lagoon from the windows. It’s a short bike ride/walk to the beach. I liked that we could also access the Shipyard beach club. We biked to Coligny a few times which was convenient as well. Thanks for a great week!

No frills condo

Our stay was good no major issues. The place was dirty inside and out. It needs a detailed cleaning. Not much glassware. The master bed and other furniture were uncomfortable and need updated. The location is great. Would try other units in the complex.

The negatives, straight off: 1)The property managers office, where you pick up the key, is not marked and is difficult to find. 2) the unit is not, as depicted in the photograph, on ground level but is upstairs. 3) the unit is essentially bare. No salt, pepper, coffee filters, You'll need the round basket coffee filters. Other than that, it is a nice rental. Enough bath linens. Quiet. Steps to pool, two gas grills, 2 blocks to the ocean.

We could not have been happier with our stay at BQ

We could not have been happier with our stay at Brigantine Quarters! The Shipyard Property as a whole is beautiful - a lot of attention to detail in the maintenance of the landscaping and the buildings. The sidewalk / bike path connectivity is fabulous! HHI in general does a great job at this but Shipyard's footprint allows you to travels miles without ever leaving their property. It is a short drive to several amenities and attractions; the condo at BQ allowed for quick beach and Coligny Plaza access via a private gate but unfortunately it took us several days to find it... wish the location of the gate was better explained to us at check in. Correen's Condo at BQ was exactly as described in the listing. The main living space was largely open concept which was nice as a mother of two small kiddos - allowed me to multi-task in the kitchen while watching them play in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped - had a range of small applicances, kitchen knives, pots and pans of all sizes, matching dinnerware and glassware. It also had the spur of the moment cooking needs like measuring cups and spoons/utensils/spatulas. Similar to most short-term rentals, you'll need to bring your own Tupperware, spices, oils, etc. The bathrooms and bedrooms are an accommodating size, especially the master! Towels and linens were provided. The unit has a washer/dryer and that was nice to process those items as well as our own throughout the week. Overall, we'd stay here again!!!

Sisters Trip

We loved this part of the island, and its proximity to the beach, biking and walking paths (away from traffic). The nearby lagoons gave us a chance to see alligators for the first time, which we enjoyed watching. The unit we stayed in had a couple of issues that went unresolved while we were there. First, the refrigerator began to leak and created puddles on the kitchen floor. In addition, we had rented movies to watch in the evenings, but discovered that the DVD player didn't work. A maintenance worker came a couple of days later to say that they would be replacing it (after our stay). We were happy to hear that the kitchen appliances and flooring were all going to be replaced during a refresh in the future. Correen Brown, our host, was outstanding! She responded to my online questions quickly, and with very specific, helpful information. She was so responsive. I would come back to Brigantine Quarters!

Brigantine Quarters stay

The check in process was a hassle because the property management office did not open until after 3pm, conflicting times were given for key pickup. The location of the property was fantastic and the beach access gate was great! The pools were new and close. The condo could use a few upgrades and better cleaning. Overall, we enjoyed our time.

We had a great time! We will definitely be back and would rent this unit again.

This unit is 2 ND floor but not rigorous. Very private and quiet. Beautiful views of the lagoons and wild life from most windows. Has a convienent back way to the beach with an easy short walk. The unit was very clean. It is minimal and practical. Decore is very minimal but turns out it made it actually very easy, simple and less distracting for us. No worries of anything breaking or getting damaged. Minimal but had what we needed. Spaceous. Property is beautiful and pools. Dryer didn't work but called maintenance when we discovered it but within an hour someone came by to look at it and started the process of fixing it. Fantastic trip. Would rent this unit again.

Great location to the beach and pool

When we booked the rental, the description did not say second floor but it has sense been added. It’s in a private area so leaving beach stuff outside was not an issue. It was a great proximity to the beach and the heated pool. The groundskeepers were exceptional and helped us with a couple issues. We would stay again.

We came to Hilton Head and fell in love with the island and its casual, laid back feel. It is a great place for families to spend quality time together, away from daily grind.

Brigantine Quarters is the best kept secret on the island. Beautiful property, access to two pools, tennis & pickle ball courts and private beach access. Short walk to Coligny and some other great hang-outs on the island. We love riding our bikes all over the island!
