Upon entry of of this ground level, newly updated 1,200 sq. ft. condo which sleeps 6 comfortably on River Ridge 1 of Mt. Bachelor Village Resort with panoramic Deschutes River views, you feel the sunshine and light throughout the vacation rental.  Open, spacious and filled with light through large windows taking in the breathtaking views of the Deschutes River and Ponderosa Pines that Bend, Oregon is renowned!

New tiled entry opens up to the fully equipped remodeled kitchen with a four burner electric stove and oven, breakfast bar for 2 and seated dining for 6 and is open to the living room with a fireplace.  The spacious and open living room is furnished with a new comfortable queen sofa sleeper with a gel foam comfortable mattress, and two easy chairs, a 55 in Smart TV (as of 2/25), fireplace and long, large windows to take in the expansive panoramic river views, allowing the sun to pour through. Cozy up on the sofas with a blanket in front of the fireplace in the living room while taking in the sunsets and river views through the large windows offering an expansive, panoramic view of the Deschutes River.    New carpeting and flooring through out the entire condo.

The spacious king main suite has a 44 in Smart TV, expansive views of the Deschutes River.  The king suite bathroom consists of a tub and shower combination, a stackable washer and dryer, with a "Jack and Jill" entrance to the toilet and sink which is also accessible from the living room.

The guest queen suite is fully private and equipped with a 44 in Smart TV, easy chair, mini-refrigerator and desk area.  A "Pack N Play" and a high chair are also provided in the condo for your smallest traveler!  The condo also has a one car carport as well as parking spaces across from the unit available for an extra vehicle.   EV Chargers are located behind the convention center in front of River Ridge One.

The community swimming pool is open daily from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and the community hot tub is open year round, both until 10 p.m.

An Accidental Damage Protection fee of $69 per reservation (non-refundable) for up to $1,500 accidental damage for accidents that are not consider malicious

This Mt Bachelor condo rental is a great opportunity to stay mountainside while being close to everything that Bend and the surrounding Oregon wilderness offers. Most guests like the laidback feel of staying at Mt Bachelor, and particularly in the winter the easy access to skiing or other winter sports makes staying here a favorite.
