Enjoy the best of both Central Oregon worlds from this two-bedroom, 840 sq. ft. upstairs condo, with quick proximity to Bend’s exciting downtown and easy access to the outdoors for skiing, water sports, golf, and hiking. With all the amenities at Mt. Bachelor Village Resort, you’ll also find it’s fine to relax in peace, with a swim in the pool or a hike along the Deschutes minutes from your door. This inviting condo features a living room brightened by vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows and sliding door to an elevated balcony in the woodsy setting of the resort. Cozy up by the stacked stone gas fireplace for winter or retreat from the heat with cool AC in the summer; the large TV and a sofa give you space to relax with family and friends. Prepare dinner in the kitchen and eat indoors in the dining area, or eat al fresco from the grill outdoors on the deck. The main-level bedroom is separated from the living area by a full bath. A light-filled upstairs loft has sleeping quarters, too, so there’s plenty of room to invite friends to join you in your exploration of all the wonderful sights and activities in and around the area. Any discrepancy in the number of passes or the absence of any passes during the post-stay inventory will result in a charge of $100.00 per missing pass. This charge will be automatically applied to the payment method on file.

Property had many offerings... dishes, pans coffee... comfortable beds, nice deck and nice pool area.

The pool and hot tub were closed, (under construction) and we were not informed of that. I had to try and reach someone to no avail. Finally, they told me I needed to talk to the people at the property, but they were closed at 5 (this was 5:15) and I was told to call them in the morning for help. The second day of our stay we finally got ahold of someone, and they said our key card will work at the door and the hot tub was available to use. The key card did NOT work and then had to spend another day trying to get someone to answer and help us to which they wanted to know all my personal information but could not help us. Finally someone text me some random code to a key pad that had a key in it. The hot tub was nice although there were no lights at night by the hot tub. No shower to rinse and the fire pit did not turn on. It was very odd and seemed unwelcoming. The people we talked to, once finally reaching someone were very rude and not helpful at all. Finally, on our last day of our stay I reached the most amazing Angel, Wendy who went out of her way to get ahold of someone for us and that was when we were able to access the area at all. There was no fitness center or recreation as stated. We had trouble with the fireplace in the home and the upstairs got so incredibly hot it was like a sauna and no warning or fan. The directions to everything in the home were so vague and the pictures online were defiantly deceiving. We had a nice stay and made the best of things.

Thank you for staying with us and for the detailed feedback. I’m very sorry your stay fell short of expectations. We should have informed you about the pool/hot tub work before arrival — we’ve since updated our pre-arrival messages so future guests are aware of the ongoing construction and have the info on the temporary way to access the spa area. I am sorry you had a difficult time reaching the HOA, and this new message out to renters ahead of time should mitigate that issue in the future. I know you got the fireplace working during your stay, but since you did experience some difficulty with it, we are keeping a very close eye on its functionality right now.
