The Modern Mansion of Miami, steps from the Versace Mansion in South Beach, is the ONLY free standing residence in the heart of South Beach.  50 feet from Versace Mansion. 200 feet from South Beach.
Sleeps 12. With this rental you will have access to floors 2 & 3. Floor 2 & 3 is accessed via your own private elevator. Floor 1 is not included in this rental.
PARTY FEATURES: 5 oscillating Gobo moving head sound active lights. Hue lighting system that allows you to change ceiling light colors to any color. Bose surround sound system.

I am an airline pilot and purchased this home to be in the heart of South Beach while still being close to MIA (Miami International Airport).  The residence is truly unique, being the only free standing residence on the promenade of South Beach.  Located adjacent to Versace Mansion and across Ocean Drive to the beach, the location and accommodations are like nothing else you will find. We look forward to hosting you at Modern Mansion of Miami.

The Modern Mansion of Miami is a 3 story residence.  This is THE ONLY freestanding residence on the South Beach promenade. With this rental you will have access to floors 2 & 3. Floor 2 & 3 can be accessed via your own private elevator or via stairs.  Floor 1 is not included in this rental. We do have a different listing that allows guests to rent out the entire residence. (Floor 1, 2, & 3). DM us if you are unable to find the listing.
