Your perfect golf and beach vacation is here at Edgewater Resort. The best of Panama City Beach is right here in this gorgeous 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath condominium that looks right over the golf course. The owners just completed a entire remodel, and this unit has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The Master Bedroom has a King bed and en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has 2 Queen beds and adjoining full bathroom with tub and shower combination. The open living room has a queen sofa sleeper. Ample room for entertaining and comfortably sleeps 8. This unit even includes its own brand new Washer and Dryer, and is perfect for your family's needs.

This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.

The Beach and all amenities are within walking distance or a short ride in the complimentary tram service. Beach side, you'll find a spectacular Lagoon Pool, 11 Pools and 4 Hot Tubs. Take a break at Ocean's Bar & Grill, Paradise Pizza, Blender's Poolside Bar or at Edgie's Corner Market, featuring Starbucks, Ice Cream Parlor & Bakery. Take a break from the beach and spend some family time at the Arcade, Splash Pad or Sky Trail Rope Course. Pamper yourself at the Spa and Beauty Salon. If sports and fitness are your passion, you can enjoy a round of golf on the Par 3 Executive 9 hole Golf Course, a game of Tennis on Plexicushion Courts, or play some shuffle board or basket ball. The Club offers a great workout at the Fitness Center, and the Pro Shop has everything you need for equipment.

The Club fitness center fee is $10 a day or $40 a week.

Parking is located directly in front of our Villa. The Resort charges a one-time fee for parking passes. $50 for first vehicle, $30 for second vehicle. A registration link will be sent to all guests prior to arrival.

The Villa was clean, spacious and fit all of our needs with the fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer! Will be back in the future!

Exceeded expectations!

We visited Panama City Beach for one week and stayed in this villa. The location was perfect and all the resort amenities were as described. The villa itself exceed expectations. It was clean, much roomier than the pictures indicate, and was very thoughtfully stocked with everything needed to have a great week. Before getting our day started, we enjoyed drinking coffee on the back balcony laughing at the turtles in the pond. The owner was responsive and extremely accommodating when we reached out to her for a question before we arrived and again as we were getting ready to depart. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing retreat in the middle of PCB Spring Break

Well maintained and secure resort area at the heart of the PCB excitement. Family friendly and convenient to restaurants and groceries. This villa was recently remodeled and was truly a relaxing retreat with all the comforts of home. Appliances were new and in excellent condition. The numerous pools and hot tubs were clean and not crowded. Beds and furniture were comfortable and there was more than enough room for our family of four. Will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Very nice villa. We enjoyed staying here. If Edgewater is able to negotiate with our church for next year I would want to stay in this villa again. The only thing that I would bring to your attention is that, even though the floors are sweep they are not mopped. If we walked on them barefooted our feet looked like that had never been washed. I know this is also true of other family members that stayed in other villas there too. I think that this does go back to the cleaning people, everything was nice and clean except the floors. I am not complaining but just wanted to let you know. Our stay was so enjoyable and your villa was just what I wanted.

Beautiful Villa

This Villa was wonderful. You could see the owners put a lot of thought into the full remodel. It had all the comforts of home. My grandson loved going into the deck every morning to feed the ducks & turtles. The large pool at the resort was GORGEOUS and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The staff at the resort are top notch and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend renting from Nicole, she was wonderful.

Our 3 sons always bring a friend and there is so much to do in Panama City Beach. We love our time there making great memories every year!

We bought one, completely gutted and remodeled it, and now use it as our family vacation spot several times a year. Everything is brand new and has all the amenities of home. It's warm and cozy atmosphere welcomes you. We'd love to host your stay!

In this gated community, you have a private pool right outside our Villa front door, as well as 9 other pools. A beautiful huge resort pool and private beach access, tennis courts, basketball, fitness center, 9 hole golf course, restaurants, snack bar, and beach bar. You won't be disappointed with this full service resort.... the only one in Panama City Beach!
