Beautiful, Clean and Comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 10 is located on the 6th floor of the Phoenix IV. All pictures are taken from inside the condo, or from the balcony, or on the grounds.
· Flat-screen televisions in bedrooms and the living area.
· Large sofa and comfortable living room
· Kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances.
· Table seating six in the dining area and two at the kitchen bar. Small 2 seating table in family room by window.

Family vacation

The condo was nice. Could use a little updating but overall comfortable and had what we needed. The property details say there are televisions in the bedrooms. However, one bedroom does not have a television. This did create some issues but nothing an iPad and iPhone couldn’t handle for the little ones to watch cartoons.

Gorgeous view

The view was just beautiful! The condo was spacious for 5 of us. One of the 3 bedrooms didn’t have a tv and the bathroom that our 4-year-old grandson used didn’t have a stopper for the tub so he had to take a bath in the tub located in the master bedroom. It wasn’t that big of a deal just an inconvenience. Bathrooms need updating. Closets in 2 bedrooms were full of things which left very little room for our things. All minor inconveniences. Overall was a great place to stay.

Great place to stay

My Mother (68), wife (32), daughter (8) and myself (35) all loved the place. We had easy access to the beach and pools, along with great restaurants very close. We loved the view from the balcony!

Home Away From Home

This is our second time staying here and once again it did not disappoint. Our stay here last year was so good, we didn't bother to look at any other condos when booking this trip. Clean, quiet, great location, awesome beach view and beach access are just a few of the many things that make this condo great. The owners (Jason & Sarah) are the best, as they go above and beyond to ensure your stay here is exceptional. There is no place like home, but when staying here, it truly feels like home! We would recommend this condo to anyone, and we will definitely book again!

Very clean and nicely decorated. Beautiful condo. We are elderly so the bathrooms were hard for us without the walk in shower and grab bars. Also balcony needs new furniture. The ice maker needs to be repaired. All in all minor things. Would give it a 8 overall.

Wonderful Vacation

This was a very nice condo, great location. A few restaurants and mini golf right across the street. Lots of space for my family. Beautiful view of the beach, nice large balcony. The condo had everything we needed. The owners were very easy to contact and responded very fast. The only thing I’d change is maybe a couple larger bath towels and lighter colored shower curtains. I’d love to try and book this condo again in the future! I definitely recommend, awesome place!

Perfect view

We stayed a week and it was a well appointed unit with 3 bedrooms that would easily sleep 8 and large living room and kitchen with everthing you need to cook with. There also was a couple roll away beds, a sleeper sofa and a pack and play available. Very spacious balcony directly on the beach and front and center to the Gulf. We loved waking up and enjoying our coffee while listening to the sound of the waves crashing before heading down to plant ourselves for the day. It was so nice and convenient to have restroom facilities just inside the lower level of the building too!! There is beach chair & umbrella rental service available and the more days you reserve, the greater the savings. There is an outdoor and indoor pool, hot tub, workout room,a dry sauna and tennis/pickle ball court avaliable at this building.We had access to the other buildings ameneties as well, but we never ventured across the parking lot to explore! We would definitely stay here again. Only negative thing is, I would highly suggest the owners update the master mattress though. It was pretty uncomfortable.

Great condo to stay in

We were very impressed by the size of this condo and how nice it was. The three bedrooms were all spacious as was the living and dining area. The balcony was large and had two sides for maximum viewing. Despite being there during spring break the condo was quiet and we never waited long for an elevator (one of our complaints of many condos). Amenities and common areas were very nice, well maintained, and never overly crowded. Beach was wonderful and a great location for restaurants and bars. We plan on staying here again.

Fabulous place to stay! Lots of space for a family of 6. Communication was great with the owners. The beaches were clean and not overcrowded. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful view

The view is amazing. The check in process was super easy. I would like to see adult size towels for people to use for their showers. The tub pull for the shower wasn’t working so that wasn’t great. The WiFi is very slow but we didn’t come to be in the room so that was fine. I feel like adding beach towels to the room would be a much appreciated addition
