We had a great time this stay. Grandkids favorite part was the splash pad in the morning, and the splash pad before bed time. Everything was as it was listed, and clean. There wasn’t any sheets or blankets for the pull out couch. There is sufficient cookware and dinnerware. The bedroom with the double beds is hard and noisy. We made do with what we had. We definitely will be back!

Thank you for the wonderful feedback! It sounds like the splash pad was a definite favorite with the grandkids—morning and night! We’re so glad you enjoyed the condo, found everything clean and as advertised, and had everything needed in the kitchen. We’re sorry the linens for the sleeper sofa were overlooked and wish we had known during your stay so our team could have delivered them right away. Mattress comfort can be a bit of a Goldilocks situation—what feels too firm to one guest may be just right for another—but we’ll be sure to share your feedback regarding the double beds with the homeowner. Most of all, we’re happy to hear you had a great time and plan to return. We look forward to welcoming your family back for more splash-pad fun and beach memories!

The room was accurate to the pics. Very nice. There wasn't a pantry for food available, so had to tweak cabinet space to accommodate. It was a nice condo to stay in, and the beachfront view was beautiful.

Clean beach

Definitely not the cleanest place and the kitchen could use updated pots, pans, utensils, etc. The view is great and the beach was so clean. The kids enjoyed the splash pad and both pools.

Tiffany, we are pleased to hear you enjoyed the view from the condo and the location! We are sorry to hear that you were met with some housekeeping concerns upon arrival as this is certainly not in-line with our housekeeping standards at Beach Getaways. Our Property Care Team has been informed of the dated kitchen supplies and overall cleanliness to make sure these issues are addressed and resolved. Next time, please contact us using the 24/7 hotline included in the arrival information so that a cleaner can come back to address any misstep. Thank you for choosing Beach Getaways and we hope to see you again next year!

Our vacation!

Our condo was exactly what we needed for our stay. I would ask Phoenix V to put a gate on the stairway in the splashpad area. Many littles attempted to climb those stairs. Thank you for a great vacation!

Amazing thanksgiving stay

We enjoyed our stay for thanksgiving at the condo! We had plenty of room for both our families. We cooked a traditional thanksgiving meal & the kitchen was great with plenty of room & all the cooking utensils we needed! Could not beat the view! I could’ve sat on the balcony forever watching the ocean! The indoor pools were a huge hit with the kids! The unit was very clean. Check in was very easy. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Great Condo

Great location. Perfect views. Four elevators for the complex. Condo needs new living room curtains but that doesn’t affect your stay. Would be better if not all patio furniture was tall.

Hello Again Susan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're delighted that you enjoyed the breathtaking views from the balcony and found the convenience of the quick elevator access from the 7th floor noteworthy. The location's unobstructed Gulf of Mexico views and proximity to restaurants, shopping, and beach activities truly make it a standout, we agree! Your insights regarding the living room curtains and patio furniture height are duly noted, and we'll certainly explore ways to enhance these aspects for an even more enjoyable experience. We appreciate your valuable input and hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again soon for your next beach getaway!

Highly recommend! Checking in was easy- room was ready on time and I received a door code 1 hour before check in. There is a 55 parking pass fee, which I was aware of before arrival. It was easy to purchase at the front desk. The unit was clean throughout. Kitchen was supplied with needed dishes, utensils and cookware. There were a few crockpots in the unit- this was not listed specifically and something I wish I knew for meal planning. There are a few grocery stores nearby so shopping and making meals in the unit was easy! The king beds in both the primary bedroom and additional bedroom were very comfortable. The 2 double beds in the 3rd bedroom made a lot of noise as you move, and were not as comfortable. Plenty of pillows and bath towels were provided for our family of 4. Overall, we loved our stay, and would definitely come back!

Great view from the living room and master bedroom! Everything was clean. The management company was courteous and responsive. A few issues: the magnetic strip on the fridge door needs to be replaced asap. We had to keep a cooler in front to keep the door closed. The dryer didn’t work. It was unplugged and the knob was missing completely. They put an order in for ‘the part’ but it takes longer than we were staying to get it in. I assume that’s the knob but I don’t think that’s all it needs. The dryer really needs to be replaced. They did provide fresh towels to us since the dryer wasn’t working. The guest tub had a slow drain and they sent a maintenance guy out that day and fixed it. He was very nice. Another maintenance guy came out the next day to look over the fridge and dryer issues. He was also very nice. Check in and out was very easy. Limited parking in the basement available for extra . Like 85 instead of 55 you pay for parking. Great pool and super fun little splash pad my 2 yo enjoyed! Easy walk to the beach with places to rinse off, of course.

Great views underwhelming stay

The condo has a great view and beach location. The location in the building not so great it is right across from the trash shoot and the sound of trash coming down from the higher floors kept us up most nights. The condo was clean but had obviously not been deep cleaned in a long time.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay with us. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed the stunning gulf view and easy walk onto those soft white sandy beaches we love so much. We understand how important a good night's sleep is, and we hope your next stay is a more peaceful one. If you need assistance selecting dates during a slower time of the season, our reservation team is happy to help! We appreciate you bringing to our attention that the condo may have needed a more thorough cleaning. Feel free to reach out at any time during your stay if there are housekeeping needs that we can address. This is not the standard we aim for and will be sure to inspect the condo thoroughly during its scheduled deep clean. Your feedback is invaluable to us and we can't wait to welcome you back for your next beach getaway!

Great views Great price

This property is very spacious with great views. The building and decor are a little dated and the security is ample if not over zealous. The smaller beds need new mattress and there's a $50 to $80 parking fee for each car you bring. And display you tag every day or you will get a ticket for $75. But the staff was friendly and gave us a warning overall I would recommend this place for a great time at the beach.

Great stay

We had a great time at the beach, swimming in the pools, eating at local restaurants. Great place for a family vacation. Check in for parking passes was a long line with 1 worker behind the desk. We had to go back 3 times due to our assigned parking place having already been assigned to someone who had not entered the numbers in the computer. Also, only having 4 elevators for a condo of that size is unreal. The wait times are long especially if its around check-in or check-out. Those are our only complaints. We loved the condo and the location!
