Bien situé au point central de Maui qui permet un accès facile à pratiquement tous les points d'intérêt de l'île. Piscine, espace barbecue, ascenseurs, climatisation et une vue spectaculaire qui est agrandie à l'intérieur de l'unité avec des murs en miroir et encore plus à couper le souffle depuis le balcon.

Carrelage au sol, nouvellement peint, et un grand canapé-lit queen accueille avec un lit king split au moins 4 personnes confortablement.

Vous êtes littéralement à deux pas de l'eau dans un condo unique qui se transforme facilement en deux condos séparés pour plus d'intimité. Chaque studio séparé peut être loué individuellement pour une économie ou ensemble pour plus d'espace.

Étant au sommet de la plage de sucre (la plus grande plage ininterrompue de Maui), vous pouvez faire du jogging à votre guise. vous constaterez que vos collègues locataires sont amicaux et sortants. Beaucoup d'entre eux sont originaires d'Europe, d'Asie, d'Australie, de Nouvelle-Zélande et des États-Unis continentaux. Attendez-vous à être invité pour un repas si vous êtes autour des installations de cuisine au moment des repas. Il est à noter que jusqu'à 73% de nos clients ont déjà été avec nous.
Historiquement, Nani Kai Hale était utilisé par les anciens Hawaïens pour sécher leurs filets et collecter des tortues qui sont maintenant des espèces protégées. Les courses de canoë et de catamaran sont souvent visibles depuis le solarium couvert d'herbe en face des douches extérieures et de la piscine chauffée.
En général, Nani Kai Hale Resort est au-delà des routines fiévreuses de la plupart des propriétés en bord de mer. L'intimité et l'ambiance paisible sont reposantes.

Room/space was clean comfortable and equipped with all needed amenities. Location was great - right on the beach with easy access to water. A quick walk downthe beach gets you to a nice little Farmers market and bakery. Easy access to food and markets. Excellent homebase with ease to hwy for day trips to explore entire island from. Thank you to Host for the warm and genuine welcome!

Great stay

Property description was spot on, location allowed access to many of sights of Maui. The pool was awesome and the beach was beautiful. Host was very responsive and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is economy digs in a great property on the beach. I stayed with just my kids and I. It was comfortable enough to sleep and cook in and we spent the rest of our days exploring and playing at the beach. Tony, our host, was such a gracious host and we will definitely stay here again. This property made it affordable for me to bring my kids to Maui!

Adequate unit in a great location

As others have said, Tony’s unit is a little shabby, but it had everthing we needed We accidentally locked ourselves out and within 15 minutes someone came and graciously let us in.

NYE stay

Lovely area, lovely views. If you’ve read the reviews, you know what to expect. the place was more than adequate for us, but I could understand others being disappointed. I would recommend staying here if you’re an easy going person who does not get upset over the little things. I reached out to the owner a day in advance regarding the check in system so it was seamless when we arrived. I hope to return again!

I appreciate reviews who recognize the qualities of our unit and our efforts to make their stay pleasant. Some appreciate the low price is based on the condos modest but clean condition. Of course once we remodel the unit the price will go up to match newly remolded condos in the builting that are $295 to $435 per night.

The location on Sugar Beach was AMAZING! The grounds and community area was beautiful! Lots of outdoor furniture and BBQs. Loved the cat 🐈‍⬛ Kai. The Condo was clean and had everything we needed……But all furnishings were Vintage and in need of an UPDATE!!!! A coat of paint would make a huge difference!!! And a NEW SOFA!

This place was filthy with mold and water damage in every room. We left after the third day. I became very ill from the filth and mold. The shower in the 2nd bathroom was broken. The ocean view is ‘partial’ at best. There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases.

Dated condo

Upon arrival I was disappointed with the condition of the condo. Not represented as the pictures. The property is in a great location. We had a rental car which offered us the opportunity to explore everything Maui has to offer. If you are a couple looking for a nice place to celebrate a 70th birthday this is not the place for you.

It has been my pleasure to assist many nice folks in my 20 years here on Maui. However once in a while you meet people who either by their nature, medication or drink are aggressive , and hostile. This lady was both! Her complaint was basically that the condo was not premium/deluxe!!! I offered to move her to another unit that was super remodeled and exactly what she wanted but she did not like the price which was nearly $200 a day more than our condo. Even thought our unit is plainly advertised as "modest and priced appropriately". She had a problem with the concept that the "more deluxe the more the price."Great location, nice facilities, low price did not seem to matter.

Outdated but priced accordingly

Was in extreme need of updates. Mostly clean. Nice location. Walked to one restaurant, hawaiian ice place and farmers market. View from balcony was great. When calling property manager his voice mail was always full so you had to keep calling till he answered. Had a problem and he did come over in a timly manner and resolved the problem.

The room was older. Location was excellent. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access . I misplaced my key to the condo and the owner drove out and gave me a replacement. My biggest issue was the windows were filthy. My first morning was spent cleaning them as I hate looking out dirty windows. I probably could have called the owner to resolve this issue, but there were cleaning supplies and I was eager to get it done. Overall, I had a great stay and would stay there again.

Everything you need to enjoy your stay in Kihei on Sugar Beach!

This property offers all the amenities you need and more over a hotel stay! All the comforts of home plus the "beach life"you are looking for. This is our 2nd stay at Nani Kai Hale and has yet to disappoint us. We had a tv signal issue and Tony (God bless him) was on it right away. He came over got on the phone with the carrier and had a repairman over to fix the issue, that's service and caring! The atmosphere is quiet and super relaxing (except the soothing crash of waves),the residents and property manager are friendly and helpful. There are no "party animal" issues here, to hamper the serenity and beauty of this property! Kathy and Dave from Alberta, Canada.

Disappointed as soon as we opened the door

Unit is run down, dirty and in need of repairs/upgrades; torn couch cushions, dirty curtains, duct taped A/C in living room only, ceiling fan in living room didn’t work, fan in bedroom noisy/dangerous and missing a blade, no closets available as they were filled with stuff. Ants in kitchen, kept everything in refrigerator. Mold in tub/shower. Common areas; pool, ocean front grass area, bbq, lounge chairs well kept. Unfortunately not the unit didn’t live up to the advertised pictures.

I remember Mary as a pleasant lady but she never complained to me of the matters she spoke of or I would have moved her from our budget unit to a deluxe property??? We will check out her other complaints of course but the only one that was true was the duct tape on the newly installed air conditioner. The trim piece around the air con is on order. I rank Mary as one of the folks that want champagne on a beer budget.We all want that but reality just will not comply!

Nice location and building-very outdated unit

The location and building we stayed at were very nice. Well kept grounds, nice public areas and wonderful beach. But the unit we stayed in was very dated. It was cleaned before we got there, but there is no way a cleaning can hide the fact the walls need to be painted, the popcorn ceiling replaced, and just a general updating needs bit take place. The appliances seemed to be out of the 60s. All the plates and other cook wear appeared to be brought in from the back of a thrift store. But with that being said, most everything worked. The 1 square foot capacity microwave did reheat a cup of coffee and make a bag of popcorn. And who knew Black and Decker made a microwave! The freezer made ice, and it had the modern “plastic” ice cube trays. I also didn’t know they still have working tube TVs, but this unit has 2 of them! Too bad the bedroom tv wouldn’t connect to the cable box. Could have called the cable company, but hey, dealing with the cable company would have just been too much of a good time. The king size bed was ok for comfort. I would not stay in this unit again, but would stay at the building. To be fair, the owner has this unit as a rental, and the price is low for a place on the beach in a nice location.

I never had the pleasure of talking to this tenant or having the opportunity to hear and solve his complaints which I normally do on the first day by offering either a refund or a move to a different unit. I would have replaced the microwave (which worked fine) with a brand he would have approved of.As for the TV sets we have had a seasonal epidemic of flat screen TVs that have been knocked over so we went to tube types which are indestructible?Still I could have replaced at least one if I knew of the issue. At present this unit is a modest condo: clean and straight but not remodeled as yet. This is why we priced it $40 to $50 a day cheaper than other units in the building. However, we have 2 other condos that are remodeled that I could have offered this tenant although I am certain they would not like the price? They acknowledged that they liked the price!!! ;Tough to please a person that does not talk to you and give you an opportunity to make them happy?

Perfect ideal Kehei location and stay.

We so enjoyed our stay at Nani Kai Hale, it met and exceeded our perfect Maui stay. Tony was great to deal with, Steven was so helpful, and all the residents and visitors were super nice. Made some great friends! We hope to get to stay there on our next visit to beautiful Hawaii. Dave and Kathy.

Mario was a nice guy initially but we had to warn him about noise and that smoking was not allowed in this property. He was pretty upset then and apparently still is.We always worry about the incoming tenant being sensitive to smoke and noise makes other folks upset so even if it angers our tenants we have to correct them.

Budget accomodations on the beach

If you're looking for a place in Maui directly on the beach with a nice pool but you're on a budget, this is the place for you. It's on a beautiful beach with awesome sunsets. The patio on the beach has tables, BBQ grills and lounge chairs. There is also a very nice pool. If you're looking for a luxury condo this is not it, the place could use some updating but if you're staying inside while in Maui, you're a fool.

Not bad

Overall it was a good stay. The Vrbo listing did not have the unit number and when we got there I tried to call the owner with no answer. Had to actually call the property to get the unit # The unit was clean except for tiny ants in the kitchen. There was not food or anything there for the ants though. Great access to the beach and on site pool. Overall it was amazing
