Redneck Riviera MR118 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, pet friendly home that has a private pool! The family room and open kitchen are upstairs covered by tall ceilings and balconies both in front and in back. The kitchen is fully stocked and offers granite counter tops with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy dining for 6 with additional 3 at the breakfast bar. The king suite is also located upstairs with a bath that has granite countertops with a double vanity sink. Immerse yourself in the large soaker tub. Bedroom #2 and #3, located on the ground floor, have queen beds. For additional sleeping, there is a set of twin over full bunk beds located on the ground floor. There is no garage access. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pets under 30lbs are welcome. No large dogs. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
