Family Vacation 2025

We had a wonderful week-long stay at this property! It was exactly as listed clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The space felt welcoming and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They even went above and beyond to make sure our son’s favorite dinosaurs made it back to him. Such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to our family. We truly had no issues during our visit and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to visit again!

Best condo ever!

We could not have stayed in a better condo! We stayed here for a family reunion so had family spread out in different units. Before coming, we thought this unit might be too far from the ocean (we had family in P and R), but this was the perfect location!!! We had cookouts in the outdoor pavilion right next door, used the pool behind the unit (it was heated), and gathered in the clubhouse right next door - and the walk to the beach was short! We loved everything about the condo, location, and the host! His communication was prompt and clear - super easy with the check-in (did not have to go to a front desk or anything)! And there are so many great restaurants and a coffee shop in walking distance. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this unit!

Condo is a pictured. Still giving it 5 stars for location, cleanliness and communication and it’s how but it could stand a little updating.(shower, bedding) Would stay again.

Very nice, well maintained complex

Everything at the complex was nice and in good repair. Nice pools, well maintained complex. For the unit itself, I would suggest upgrading the furniture in the living/dining and bedding in the master. Extra towels would be helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Delivered as advertised

We had a great time at this property. Clean, convenient to beach and St. Aug. Only advice I would offer is to advertise there is no elevator in these condos. We had a unit on the third floor. For handicapped or elderly this would have been a big problem. Perhaps even a deal killer. Should know this info up front. My wife is partially disabled and had to work going uo and down stairs.

Location location location!

This location was perfect-easy access to beach, walkable neighborhood and lots of restaurant choices nearby. Very convenient as well to making a number of trips to historic city of St Augustine. Mike, the condo owner, was great to work with, responding quickly to some minor glitches. We got a bit more exercise in since condo is on third floor with no elevator! Something to be considered if mobility is an issue. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

Close to all you need

We had a great time at Mike’s condo. You can see the ocean from the balcony. It’s just a quick walk (for real) to a gas station, coffee shop, and at least 3 different yummy restaurants. The 3rd floor is really calm. Good water pressure and hot water (priorities!). Great communication from the host too. Thanks!

We'll Be Back....

We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and had a great time at Michael's place. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located! It is very easy to get around and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend to stay there! His place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Michael was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

Nice place and great location.

This is an older condo that could use a little paint and updates, but overall it met our needs and we enjoyed our stay. The owner, Michael, was very responsive to texts. The condo was clean, the kitchen was recently remodeled and is well stocked, beds were comfortable. Two pools, one right outside this building and a short walk 5-10 min to the beautiful beach. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. There is no overhead lighting in the bedrooms and better lamplight would be appreciated. There isn’t a safety rail on the top bunk, so our wiggly little one was not able to sleep there, but older kids would be fine. The owner does not provide hand or bath soap, so be sure to bring your own. Also, important if you are elderly or impaired, this is a third floor walk up, no elevator.

Spacious condo

Several things were good about this property, the most outstanding being the owner, Mike’s, communication with me before, during, and after our stay. Easy parking, wonderful pools, nice people, gorgeous beach!!! Some things to keep in mind: if you have trouble with stairs or walking long distances, this unit is not for you! It is up three flights of stairs (no elevator), and it is a ten minute hot walk to the beach. This area is also a bit of a drive from the actual town of St. Augustine, so maybe the owner needs to provide a bit of guidance about all there is to do!! We discovered it our last night! But we had a great four night stay in this very “homey” unit. We may come again

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

2 bedroom, 2 bath, furnished and on the beach. 2 pools, tennis, shuffleboard and a great secure property. Great location. I'll work to make you a return customer. Remodeled in 2022. Everyone says it's a great association, condo and location.

New kitchen and bathrooms. New flooring. Granite counter tops. Ocean view from living room, balcony and master. Everyone says the location is perfect. 5 good restaurants in walking distance. World famous Oasis, Connolly (breakfast/lunch), Saltwater Cowboy, Island Kitchen (great seafood and reasonable prices), Romano's pizza/pasta/salads and Hurricane Grill.
