Welcome to Gigi's Beach House located in Grayton Beach South of 30A(We are on the beachside of 30A), one of the hottest beach vacations spots for families in Florida. Grayton Beach is unique because we have dune outlet lake which allows families to enjoy shallow waters for crab hunting, paddle boarding, or swimming. This dune outlet pours into the Gulf. Check out the pictures of what this looks like. Our home is perfectly located on Defuniak St about 500 yards away from beach access. You can either walk, bike ride, or golf cart over to 3 different beach accesses at Grayton Beach. We are located in a walkable location to several restaurants such as Red Bar, Chiringo, Borago, A.J.s(one of the few places open late hours), Grayton Seafood Company, Grace Pizza, and many more. You can grab an early morning coffee at Hibiscus Coffee before heading out to the beach for a sunrise walk. We are close to several local shops such as Zoo Gallery, Tribe Kelley, Studio Gallery, and many more and The Grayton Shops. Our location gives you easy access where you can bike or rent a golf cart to explore Watercolor, Seaside, Blue Mountain Beach, and Gulf Place. If you have a car it is easy to access other beaches on 30A like Alys Beach, Rosemary, and a quick trip over to Panama City.

DETAILS:

Our home offers accommodations for up to 12 guests. You will find that there is plenty of space for everyone. There are 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, an outdoor shower, a private pool(heat optional), a large turfed backyard for kids to play while the parents are relaxing. We also offer a gas firepit(no extra charge) for your evenings of making memories.

When entering into Gigi's Beach house you will find an open floor plan concept to relax and enjoy your vacation. Our home is decorated with refreshing coastal decor. The living room offers ample seating for your entire group along with a fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs.

On the first floor there is one Primary Bedroom with a king size bed and full private bath attached. Near the large dining table you will also find a door leading you to the first floor covered outdoor deck that leads to the pool. There is an outdoor covered dining area to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or maybe a friendly outdoor card/board game.

Before heading upstairs to the remaining bedrooms you will pass the half bath. Once you are up the stairs you will find a common area for kids or teens. This area has a big couch with stools/bean bags for kids/teens to lounge around. We have a video game system set up for them to play their favorite games or maybe the kids want to spread out and watch a movie. We have a beverage center set up here for your morning coffee or your evening beverage of choice. From this room you can find two top decks. One topdeck is perfect for sitting on one of the rocking chairs and taking in the view of our Main Street to Grayton Beach. The other top deck is fully screened in wiht two bar tables and a full Ping Pong table. Enjoy a game while looking over our backyard!

This floor consists of 3 bedrooms. One is a primary bedroom with a King bed with a full private ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and large walk in shower. The bedroom across the hall is a queen size bed. This bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the bunk room next door. This bathroom is a tub/shower combo and a double vanity. Plenty of bathroom space for all. The bunk room is 4 full size beds. All our bedrooms include ceiling fans, box fans, luggage racks.

In the back yard you will be able to enjoy a private swimming pool with a spacious pool deck with lounge chairs. If you are not up to swimming but want to relax we have a serene fire pit to enjoy making many memories. We also make it easy to enjoy a freshly prepared dinner with using our large gas Weber grill on our outdoor deck that has a patio dining set to enjoy those Florida evenings.

PARKING:

Whether you are flying in and renting a car or driving from out of town you will find this property comes with 4 dedicated parking spots (very rare) in our area. If you decide to rent a golf cart you will find plenty of space for one as well and it can be plugged into our outlets on the front porch. In the parking area you will find 4 adult bikes provided to you free of charge that is provided through a vendor Good Pedals. Good Pedals also allows you to rent additional bikes as needed.

FIRST FLOOR:

-Primary Bedroom: King bed, private Tub/Shower combo, toilet, LCD/HD flat screen TV

SECOND FLOOR:

-Primary Bedroom: King Bed, private shower, toilet, double vanity sinks, LCD/HD flat screen TV

-Queen Bedroom, LCD/HD flat screen TV, connected to a Jack and Jill Bathroom

-Jack and Jill Bath has a Tub/Shower, Toilet, double vanity sinks

-Bunk Room: 4 Full Size Bunk Beds, connected to Jack and Jill Bathroom

We screened in our porch upstairs located off the primary bedroom. We have added a Ping Pong table to this area and other wall hanging games.**In the Kids area upstairs we have added a coffee bar and beverage fridge. When you are not quite ready to head downstairs this will be so beneficial.

***We do have a baby gate, pack and play, high chair, and stroller for use in our home. You assume all risk using these items** Brand new as of Feb 2023***
