Hurricane Lowell Update (9/9/26): Our thoughts are with everyone on Kauai still recovering from Hurricane Lowell, especially those who lost their homes — parts of the island, including areas of Poipu, were hit hard. For guests with an upcoming stay: we inspected this property in person, found no storm damage, and roads and access here are normal. Recovery across the island is ongoing and will take time. The ground-floor location means no elevator wait, easy unloading, and lanais that open directly to lush Manualoha lawns.



The condo is spacious by any measure — 3 full bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms on the main floor, an open kitchen and living area, and a loft above with additional sleeping space. Beach gear is included: chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, coolers, and towels.

Master Bedroom: King bed, private garden lanai, individually controlled A/C.

Guest Room: Two twin beds (easily converted to king), individually controlled A/C.

Upstairs Loft: Two twin beds, individually controlled A/C. Loft is accessed by a spiral staircase — best suited for teens and adults; not ideal for young children or guests with mobility concerns.

The Neighborhood:

Poipu Kai is a 70-acre resort community in Poipu. The community consists of seven condo developments with their own swimming pools, an 8-court Poipu Kai Tennis Club, a community pool and hot tub, and the beautiful Green Belt, garden paths connecting the areas of the resort. The resort is between the Hyatt and Shipwreck`s Beach to Brennecke`s and Poipu beaches. Restaurants to walk to are the Grand Hyatt Kauai, the Poipu Bay Golf Course, Kalapaki Joe`s, and Brennecke`s Restaurant.



Getting Around:

When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.



Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.
