The Garden House at Oak & Vine is nestled amongst Oak trees and overlooks Chef’s Garden and rural countryside. The property is home to 46 acres of natural Central Coast beauty, and recently planted 15-acre vineyard of Rhône varietal grapes. The modern farmhouse design of this vacation home is delivered with style. With an abundance of natural light, flowing open floor plan, and expansive outdoor decks, Garden House is exceptional for entertaining. Wine and food aficionados will appreciate the large, well-appointed kitchen with top-of-the-line Fisher & Paykel appliances, Fisher & Paykel wine refrigerator, and a full-service bar. ~~~~~
Each of the five bedrooms enjoy supremely comfortable beds with custom wood headboards, Puffy mattresses, and contemporary fixtures. There are four modern, farm style bathrooms in the home. Just off the chef’s kitchen, guests will enjoy a large, family-style dining room with a beautiful countryside view. The outdoor spaces invite you to indulge in the organic surroundings, which make the grounds at Garden House unique. During the day, we invite you to visit the Chef’s Garden and enjoy the property and our many Oak trees. Or we encourage you to take a walk to a few of our winery neighbors, such as Turley, Donati, Aron Hill and Linne Calodo. If you are looking for a relaxing experience and privacy, this extraordinary Paso Robles Wine Country home is not to be missed!! ~~~~ Enjoy the beautiful countryside, while Chef & Mixologist prepare an amazing meal for you and your guests. Group cooking classes and mixology classes are also available. 72 hours’ notice is needed for all catering services, upon availability.

Family retreat in wine country

Great location to experience the peaceful hills of central California. This property is still being developed and has so much potential, it will certainly be a popular destination for getaways and weddings once it's ready. Very clean and well appointed rooms, great open kitchen with top of the line appliances. Beautiful quiet mornings on the deck with a coffee was a treat and the vineyard was a great place for a morning run as well. Close to so many wineries and the Sensario art installation so you can take advantage of a whole range of activities and interests that the area offers. Highly recommended for families or larger groups.

February 2023 Stay

We had my 50th birthday party in the Garden House. It was phenomenal! We had 8 people stay in the house. We had dinners prepared by Justin, Colin, and their team each night. We had an amazing breakfast spread prepared by them as well. Collin provided a fun experience with his mixology skills! We had made to order Margaritas on the day of arrival which was good since the rest of the weekend was filled with enjoying the locals wine! Don’t miss going to Cairjn tasting room (which is coming soon). We got a sneak peak. I don’t usually do reviews (only bc I get busy one I get home). I could not miss shouting out what a special place this is. The warmth of the home and the hospitality of the team made this the best birthday experience I could have imagined. If you are looking for an EXPERIENCE (which is completely customizable) you have found the right place. My expectations are high when it comes to service and comfort. This place exceeded all my expectations.

Gorgeous views, clean & comfy

We had THE BEST stay here. I was hosting my sister-in-law’s bachelorette party of 11 and this place was perfect. It was trendy, clean, and had the most gorgeous view. We enjoyed wine tasting, downtown SLO and the beach. It’s in a perfect location. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Expectations fulfilled!

We had a few minor glitches that were taken care of quickly and are mainly due to new technologies that are used with the state of the art appliances in the home all easily corrected The house is in a great location,comfortable, private and beautifully furnished and the best part was the meals that were prepared and served by the Oak and Vine staff, all of our guests were very pleased with all of the offerings. Hats off to Oak and Vine!

June 2022 Stay

We had a fantastic stay at the Garden House last weekend! Me and group of my friends went wine tasting in Paso Robles for our 50th birthday and the Garden House was exceptional! Well-appointed, beautiful views, comfortable and safe. The rental agency was wonderful to work with and check-in and check-out as easy as can be. Colin reached out in advance and during our stay, truly top-notch service! I know we will be booking another stay here again, it was truly fabulous!

Friends' Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This modern ranch home was selected for an annual reunion of friends (4 couples). The owners were very friendly when we crossed paths on the property. The house will improve as it gets lived in, and a few comforts are added. The entrepreneurial owners are well-tuned to hospitality and their management team was easy to work with and responsive to our questions/requests. The beds and towels were certainly top notch. To complement a home loaded with sophisticated equipment is a friendly farm cat and wild deer.

We had the most amazing time at Oak and Vine. Collin the house manager and Justin our chef made us feel so special. We had the most amazing dinner during our stay prepared by Chef Justin and Collin and there entire staff made us feel like we were part of their family.

May 2022 Stay

We loved our time at Oak and vine! Paso Robles Vacation Rentals were very attentive when we made any requests and the check in process was smooth. The house was perfect for our family of 10 and we hope to make this an annual trip!! Chef Justin and Colin made a delicious & memorable meal for us one night. It was so much fun! The kitchen is a dream to cook in too!

Amazing Paso Wine Country Estate

It would be impossible to summarize our experience with this amazing property. There simply is not enough room to talk about the views, the home, the property and the amazing chef/mixologist experience we had. 10 out of 10! We will be back many many more times!
