Beyond Beautiful

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was past my expectations and just as beautiful as the pictures show. I could live there forever lol. My family of 9 really enjoyed the space and the pool was the best part for the kids lol. We will definitely book again.

Very clean condo, living room sofas and patio furniture were clean but worn, missing remote for primary bedroom tv, told only had 2 parking passes for a 3 bedroom and was told to park the additional car at Publix about 2 miles away. ultimately there were enough passes. no response from mgt to our 2nd call about wasp nest on patio, but they were very responsive to first call.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was dirty. Floors weren't vacuumed, furniture was dusty.Chasing around for the keys and returning the keys is a pain. Should at the least have a drop box at the location. Very inconvenient.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in an excellent location, and Shawna at Palmetto Vacation Rentals was very responsive to my questions and needs. Upon arrival, however, we found crumbs and grease spatter on the kitchen counters, and the floor was not mopped clean. Our socks were dirty from walking on them. The place could use new curtains in the living room and the master bedroom. They didn't fully close, and those in the living room were missing slats. The beds were comfortable, and the towels were clean. Again, we were super happy with the service received from Shawna at Palmetto Vacation Rentals. I would recommend this property to a friend or relative. The location, the cost, the number of bedrooms to bathrooms and the large kitchen table were of the most value to me.

Bayhill Building Unit 306

Overall the property was listed accurately. Communication with balance of deposit and check-in could have been better. Never got any messages regarding either, prior to arrival, had to follow up myself. Issues with unit, one noisy, irritating dryer and our flat screen tv literally feel off the wall one evening (never touched it). Brackets were not mounted to a stud in the wall and it put the drywall and fell on a cabinet below and broke the tv. 2 days later we got a working tv set on top of the cabinet below. Also we didn't have a working pool key had to wait 2 days for that as well. Unit was nice and well located we just had some issues.

Nice, clean condo

The place was very nice and well kept. Overall we liked the place and would stay again. Suggestion for future stayers: Bring a kitchen towel and knives, none are provided. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and bath soap as well as none are provided.
