Please be respectful of our home(s) and keep it clean No animals allowed No service animal allowed due to the owner issues with the allergy No Smoking Inside the house or on a decks allowed under any circumstances. No shoes in the house No Wet Clothes inside the house NO Eating or Drinking in a house other than in the kitchen and dining area MAXIMUM ALLOWED UP TO TWELVE GUEST TOTAL NO ADDITIONAL VISITORS, with out written approval. The number of guests you put in when booking should be 100% accurate. It is STRICTLY enforced. Strictly no unauthorized guests and loud parties. All the used dishes must be put in the dishwasher before check-out. Guests are responsible for disposing of trash in the designated receptacles throughout their stay. Excessive garbage left behind that exceeds normal cleaning capacity will incur a minimum charge of $150, as our cleaning crew is not equipped to manage excess waste removal. Inform the host if anything was damaged or broken. Garage and LOG cabin are not accessible, used as a storage. ON SITE PARKING FOR 8 CARS, NO PARKING PERMITTED ON A NEIGHBORING PROPERTY.

Liability Waiver
By agreeing to the Property Rules, you hereby acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with activities associated with lake waterfront property, Furthermore, features such as, waterfront docs, decks, stairs, campfires, swimming, boating may present dangers for adults and children. Children must be carefully supervised at all times when near the water. If you swim or use the canoe or paddle boat (especially children) we strongly recommend the use of life jackets which are provided for you and your guests.
Guest and guest visitors herein agrees to restrain from any dangerous activities, including but not limited to:
jumping at any time into the lake or careless activities.
By agreeing to the House Rules, you acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party, and waive any claim whatsoever against the property owners, and or its agents(s) for accidents or claims arising from any activities inside or outside the house and or property.
Above stated Liability waiver shall be in effect at all times during duration of guest(s) stay. By agreeing to above stated Liability waiver it is agreed this waiver will apply all guest and visitors.
