This home is located just off the Pacific Coast Scenic Byway, near the Manhattan Beach State Park. When not watching the waves roll in from the sun room, visit Rockaway Beach just over two miles away to the South or Manzanita just 10 miles away to the North for cafes and tourist shops.


The top floor is open concept space with views of the ocean from the sun room, kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room has a gas fireplace for cozy evenings. Your eyes are drawn to the beach as windows line the rooms.


You’ll have no trouble feeding your group in this fully stocked kitchen with ample appliances for a fresh fish or clam bake. The casual dining table for eight is the perfect place to gather or move the meal outside to the picnic table.


Visitors will feel right at home while using the rental's three baths, four bedrooms, and laundry facilities. One dog can even join in the fun. The Bedrooms are large and roomy. Two bedrooms and a bath with a clawfoot bathtub are located on the main level. One room provides a queen bed and the other offers a king bed. Just past the kitchen is a spacious laundry room. Keep beach towels and active gear fresh thanks to the washer/dryer, and rinse swimsuits off in the double sink. From the laundry room you can access the basement, which features a second TV and to keep your group happy.


Just beyond the family room are two full baths and two bedrooms. One bedroom provides a queen bed, s single bed with a trundle and the second bedroom offers two twin-over-full bunk beds. Additionally, the lower-level family room has a single bed in the hallway if needed.
On the lower level is a garage with a ping pong table. The garage space provides a little bit of family fun and a whole lot of space to store your sandcastle-building toys, boogie boards, and bikes.


Outside of the house is just as accommodating as within, providing a sun deck compete with a gas grill. The fresh salty air will invigorate your senses whether you're hunkered down in the sand with a good book or running in the waves with the kids and the dog. You'll probably spend most of your days at the beach in this family-friendly stretch of sand just beyond your home but when you're ready to wander Rockaway Beach, Garibaldi, Nehalem, Manzanita and Tillamook are nearby.
