This Kima unit has a beautiful sought after 2 bedroom 2 bathroom gulf front condo. Enjoy the gulf view and flat screen tv from Madeira Beach Florida. The master has a king size bed and flat screen tv and private full bathroom with shower stall.

The master also has access to the private balcony that has a beach front view with lounge chairs and table. The sunsets from the unit are absolutely beautiful.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. Just off the second bedroom is a full guest bathroom. Enjoy a fully furnished kitchen with a view of the ocean. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen and the kitchen is open to the dining area.

Kima condos has some of the best views on the beach. The living area has a 42 inch flat screen TV and a leather sofa with two other chairs. Pastel colors and beach decor complete the unit.

WE STRONGLY SUGGEST TRIP PROTECTION INSURANCE.

Wifi and a reserved parking space just adds to the amenities of this unit.

The pool was too cold to swim in. Closed the last day we were there. Unit needs a keyless system. Door key was difficult to use at times as the entry door needs to be replaced. There was a signicant gap in the door jam on the lower half of the door. Nicely updated kitchen which is not displayed in the site photos.

Perfect vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and the location was perfect. The condo was equipped with everything that we needed, and we loved seeing the dolphins in the morning while sitting on the balcony. The pool wasn't working, but no fault to the condo owner. We definitely plan to rebook this condo again next year.

We are not beach goers everyday and love being at the pool. This place the pool was not working and was not informed till check-in. Condo was nice.

Would stay at this Condo Again

The owner did a nice job of renovating this unit and it was very easy to get settled in and enjoy the vacation. Great view from the 4th floor. We have vacationed at this Condo for over 25 years and we always have a great time. The beach is always kept very clean.

Perfect location!

We absolutely enjoyed this unit. Easy access to the Causeway for a quick trip to Publix, and within walking distance to John's Pass. Easy check in and check out process. Property management was quick to respond when I needed and out of the ordinary recommendation. Beach service is available, and we were beyond pleased with that as well.

I was disappointed there was no hair dryer or beach supplies. I had to purchase things I couldn’t take home on the plane.

Good review- condo was suppose to be equipped with a hair dryer & couple beach chairs but not umbrella, floats, etc- guess someone took them. . Due to liability ,limited space & abuse no condos I know of provide beach equipment because it’s readily avail on beach in front of building and renters don’t have to carry to/from beach on elevator with other passengers.

Great beach spot

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Kima condos. We went the week of 4th of July and it wasn’t very crowded. The ocean was great very little waves it looked like a lake it was so calm during our stay we got to see a live sand dollar. Sea pork and coral washed up one day while we were there then another day we saw a puffer fish wash up. Everyone was so friendly around. The condo has a great view and had extra toilet paper washing detergent paper plates and lots of other extras that most condos don’t provide. They even had a box fan which was a big plus for me I love to sleep with a fan to drown out sound. It was a great place and I can’t wait to go back!!!

Condo review.

Nice condo.beautiful beach. Elevator troubles a couple of days. Fixed the next day but unfortunately we had to lug our luggage up four flights of stairs Hard to do when 70 years old. And then was not working when we left but was fixed after our first trip down the stairs TVs in bedrooms did not work but no problem for us We had iPads. Overall great stay at beach. Weather was good also.

nice two weeks

first entering elevator lobby we were thinking I dont know but the apartment was nice. beds where to hard. we had a nice stay. elevator problems need to be handled. seems to be a ongoing problem.

2024 vacation

Everything was fine even though it is dated except for the cleanliness. We had to go buy supplies to clean mold out of bathrooms. Floors were not swept or mopped and all linens were damp and stained. We had to rewash sheets at bedtime as they were damp and didn't look clean either. Perfect area and condos are nice, they just need to get some decent housekeepers.

Wow- as far as cleanliness the guest never contacted us or we would have sent the cleaner back. We don’t pay them until guest has been in unit for 2 days. Good cleaners are harder to get than renters actually. This unit was completely renovated 1 1/2 rears ago & our rates are the best for a beachfront condo

Property needs an update

The property was clean and the location was good. Although, the property manager failed to inform us in a timely manor that the air conditioning unit needed to be replaced and scheduled the work to be done when we had the unit. Thus we lost a day of our vacation with technicians in the unit. The toilet in the main bathroom was also in need of repair. The unit that we originally rented was also under renovations so we were given this unit to replace the first one. We also had to put up with noise from this construction been done( tiles being cut with saws ). I must say that we were disappointed to be woken up on our vacation and be told to leave the unit. There was no offer from the owner of a refund for our inconvenience. We have rented many condo's from Vrbo and this is the first time we have had a problem. I would not return to this property.

Wonderful Balcony View

4th floor balcony was great for watching gulf waves. Saw dolphins and dive bombing pelicans. Even saw a manatee unknowingly swimming slowly right past swimmers. Highly recommend this roomy condo. Had an awesome time!

Affordable accommodations but not for picky travelers

Property is as pictured but could use some updating. Window treatments especially in the kitchen need to be deep cleaned or replaced. Our sheet had what appeared to be blood stains on it. Comforter was showing age with rips on the corner. Security gate at pool tends to stick but otherwise the grounds are well kept. Had contact with owner more than once and he did attempt to address our problems. Balcony and oceanfront accommodation made up for some of these issues. Could be a gem , but sorry, it isn’t right now.
