The main level's open layout creates an inviting space to share laughter and stories around the stone fireplace. Whether you're reminiscing with loved ones or curling up to watch TV on crisp mountain nights, this is the heart of your vacation home. The spacious, hardwood-floored kitchen with a breakfast bar invites you to whip up vacation-inspired meals, best enjoyed in the dining area or on the deck with a grill and picnic table.

The primary suite, adorned with tasteful decor, provides a comfortable retreat with a roomy king-size bed - perfect for recharging after a day on the slopes. Two additional queen-sized bedrooms and a full bath on this level ensure everyone sleeps soundly.

Cove Creek rental

Very nice and spacious house. It was also very clean. It is close to lots of fun activities, like Wisp mountain, swimming at Deep CreeK Lake, close to boat and pontoon rentals and other water sports. Great restaurants close by. My family really enjoyed the house and the nearby activities.

The house was very clean and spacious. We couldn’t turn on the shower in the master bedroom and the shower in the game room had poor pressure. We didn’t get to enjoy the house very much because we were there for a baseball tournament and were mostly there to sleep, but it was very nice.

Pleasant stay for a long weekend.

A great stay that could have handed a family about twice our size. Close to the state park for hiking and the small sand beach, and about 15 minutes from most other amenities.

Great space, great location

The house was clean and very spacious. Lovely property that felt nice and private. Only complaint was that the hot tub was not filled prior to our arrival, so we couldn’t use it our first night (it was still heating up). We notified the property manager and they were able to extend our check out time to give us a little more time with the hot tub. Overall great experience and the property manager was very responsive.

Great stay overall

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great, check-in was easy. Fully stocked kitchen. Clean linens and towels. Nice open floor plan on main level. Bedrooms are a good size on main level. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for the kids in our group. Plenty of room for everyone. The only complaint I have is the hot water. For a house that could sleep 10+ people, we would run out of hot water after the first shower. Most of our group would end up taking cold showers after spending all day in the cold skiing and snowboarding.

Fantastic Place!

We really enjoyed our time together in this house! Most in the area where is billiard, ping pong and football table.. It was so fun! Then we go out and is many place to have fun. We went to the mountain falls it's beautiful!! They have dish and cup for coffee pots. You only need food if you want to cook. Shampoo and soap. Then everything was perfect. We will come back for sure.. But more near to the river 😊. Hope this review help you!

Great Property

The property is in a great location - right near the state park and very private. The pool table needs to be refelted and leveled. It was pretty much unusable so if that's important to you you might want to choose a different place, but kids might not care. Beds were comfortable and place was charming. Will be coming again with friends next year!

Bigger than I thought

I was pleasantly surprised at how much space it had. The rooms were large and plenty of space for our young children to run around. Overall we liked the house. The outside area could have used a good cleaning. The grass was on the longer side and my husband swept the porch and deck that was covered in pollen and spiderwebs, etc.

Great stay at the Carefree Cove! This house came equipped with everything. Game room downstairs set the tone. Definitely recommend checking out this property. Plenty of space for our group of 9!

Our experience at Carefree Cove was amazing. We look forward to our next adventure, and we will only be booking with Taylor-Made moving forward. They stand behind their properties and it was the best experience I have had in a long time with scheduling a family vacation. We can't wait to book again soon.
