Si vous aimez la randonnée, jouant dans la rivière, la pêche, le canoë-kayak ou kyaking ou simplement se détendre sur la rive de la rivière alors ne cherchez plus! C'EST LE MEILLEUR! Propriétaire / constructeur conçu personnellement chaque détail pour votre plaisir et confort. 3 roi et 4 lits jumeaux sont chiropratique Restonic, superbement confortable avec draps 400 fils au pouce. Toutes les chambres disposent de la télévision par satellite avec HBO et Showtime. Tous les planchers de bois. Vue panoramique sur les montagnes et la rivière. Culinaire spectaculaire et de divertissement. Une terrasse au bord du fleuve avec foyer au gaz, cuisine d'été et barbecue au gaz cantelevers plus de la petite rivière Tennessee. Sur la propriété est une randonnée demi-mile traîne jusqu'à la colline en arrière. Deux écuries, apportez vos propres chevaux ou les louer pour la semaine, à proximité. Cavaliers expérimentés.

This was our second time staying at this home. It is a beautiful home in a very relaxing and quiet location. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The outdoor kitchen and the fire pit is the perfect way to end the day.

Graduation family time

We were here to honor or youngest daughter for her graduation from WCU. While it was about a half hour to the campus, we all enjoyed the peaceful setting and enjoyed using the lovely grill to make a big steak dinner for all. Everything was very nice and the home was well equipped.

Wow!! Although the photos of this property are impressive, you truly can’t appreciate how incredible it is until you see it in person. The perfect location on the river, a great river front porch with complete outdoor kitchen, outside shower and half bath, and then you enter the house itself. Each room is massive and very well furnished. Comfy beds. Lots of towels. Great kitchen. Our family loves our week there with my husband’s departing thoughts being,”let’s stay another week!” Thank you, Helene. (Who is a very responsive host, by the way). We loved our vacation!

This was a wonderful location! Very relaxing and comfortable!

We are three couples that have traveled together for 24 years. This was a great halfway point for us to get together again. We loved the river behind the house, the grill/sink and bar area on the deck by the river, the fire pit and the beautiful night sky! The house itself was so comfortable and had everything you needed.

Amazing place and property

We had an amazing stay. The property was gorgeous, the house was amazing and provided everything we needed. Everything exceeded our expectation. Perfect for all.

We absolutely enjoyed staying at this property. Plenty of room for our group. Everyone loved having their own bathroom. It was so peaceful and the scenery was outstanding. Everyone enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. It will definitely be a memorable vacation and we plan to stay here our next trip back to the NC mountains. Thank you!

What a wonderful, private place!

We were looking for something private with no other people around, and this was it! We absolutely loved the property and the house. The back yard is the place to be, with the outdoor grill, bar, firepit, and river. House is super clean, everything is in working order, and very well supplied. Family time at the River House

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house right on the River! The house was very well equipped. Everything was there that you need to have for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The bedrooms are very large with comfy beds! It was cold so we must say that we loved the heated toilet seats! The yard was a plus because it was so easiy to get in and out for trips to the grocery store. In the past, we have stayed high up on a Mountain and every time you had to go out it was a chore. You don't sacrifice the view at all though. Its a beautiful property!

The pictures do not describe the beauty, and detail of the Helene’s home, Breath Taking!!I you need to walk-in and embrace it!! I rebooked the house on the first day of our stay for 2022, my family (3 generations) and I enjoyed every minute we spent there. The house is beautiful, the only thing I didn’t like was that you don’t have a house ready for winter, heater didn’t work we didn’t have water until 2 pm every day, because it froze, I know you did everything you could to fix it but I think you should make sure you have all the equipment you need for this kind of “emergencies”

Exceeded Expectations

Pictures do not do this home justice. This was everything we dreamed of and more. The home was easily able to accommodate 2 families (8 people) and we never felt overcrowded. The owner has thought of everything. The large living room table was perfect for family breakfasts and dinners and the kitchen has everything needed to facilitate the preparation of meals. This was our 5th vacation to Franklin and by far our best stay. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home. I also want to point out that some of the other reviews mentioned the home was not cleaned properly and that was a concern going in but upon arrival the home was spotless.

Perfect house for quality family time

My family (8 adults and 2 grandkids) spent the weekend at this beautiful home bringing in the holiday season! The large family room, dining room, and kitchen were perfect for our plans for the weekend———watching Christmas movies, baking Christmas cookies, playing games together, and eating delicious meals! I loved that it was spacious enough that we could all be together in the same area and be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meal preparation and baking, including some spices! All the bedrooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were all high end with heated toilet seats and bidettes!! This home is located on a beautiful piece of land with gorgeous views. Because of the time of year and the rainy weather, we were not able to enjoy the outdoor kitchen and fire pit, but hope to return some day! Thank you, Helene, for being very helpful and responding quickly to our questions while booking the home!

Decent experience

We stayed at the cabin next door last year and were enticed to come try this one after the seeing the outdoor lounge and cooking area right over the water. The inside of the house was very clean and beautiful. Check the wall to the right as you come in if you want the wifi password. The email sent to us said it was on the back of the wifi box. After a lot of searching, we found it on the wall to the right as you come in the door. Pros: 1. Fully stocked with everything you need(linens, hand-soap, toilet paper, spices, batteries, lightbulbs,etc.) 2. Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with the best sleeping beds we have ever had away from home. 3. Top of the line tvs and appliances. 4. Comfortable furniture Cons: 1. The outside deck/ kitchen area was over grown and boards had holes in them. 2. The grass and plant area were so overgrown that we could not enjoy playing outdoors with our kids. There were weeds taller than the bushes at the porch area. It felt like we were in a jungle. 3. Remotes were not in correct rooms and when we figured out where they went, many of the tvs still did not work properly. 4. We could not use the downstairs bathroom when we were cooking out because it was locked the entire time.

Thanksgiving 2024

Our family of 10 enjoyed the house and property. Our active grandchildren had plenty of space to expend their energy. We used the house to reconnect with friends in the area, ride the Polar Express, participate in the Local Turkey Trot and a delicious turkey dinner from the Chop House. Beautiful scenic Smokey mountains private with 7 acres and 2 horse stalls on riverfront best trout fishing river in area. View deer and turkeys and other wildlife right on the property. Smokey Mountain fish camp less than one mile. Tubing and Kyaking in the river. White water rafting nearby at the Nantahala River or Ocoee River. We are Located in the middle of Ruby and Gem mines. Convenience store less than one mile away. 6 Miles to the town of Franklin. Peace, privacy, nearby antiquing, great retaurants, Smokey Mountain National Park, Asheville, Gabling at Cherokee Reservation.
