Oh Stephanie, We addressed any and all Of your concerns immediately. We arranged the following. 1. A Plummer. You refused and stated there was no issue 2. Immediately had driveway box bladed (smoothed out) even though it had just been completed . We hesitated on this as you reported the driveway was too close to the house and would be inconvenient if we had someone check it. You also made it up and down the driveway. 3. We arranged for our cleaning team to return immediately. Yes the oven smoked and yes she took care of it swiftly per your response. 4. Your family broke the dishwasher which was easily remedied by moving a piece back in place. You notified me of this after you departed. We fixed it in less than a minute. It is a Miele dishwasher and is less than a year old. 5. We have 47 gorgeous acres that prior to you all of our guests have loved and appreciated. There are trails throughout the property which you chose not to explore. I do not know what you refer to when you wrote “construction site” We do not have any construction happening on our property so I have no idea what you were referring to. Our trails loop around our property throughout with numerous creeks and small waterfalls as described. 6. You messaged and complained that the creeks did not have enough water. I let you know we were so sorry and do not have control over the water flow of the mountain We offered to buy you breakfast. We provided an abundant supply of coffee. We have the following coffee makers at your disposal 1. Keurig 2. Nespresso machine 3. French press 4. Auto drip coffee maker 5. Coffee grinder Our furnishings are High end leather couches as well as solid wood beautiful mostly hand made furniture. We have a management team, cleaning professional and a close neighbor that ensure our home is well taken care of as well as the fact that we are there often. We could not have pleased you no matter what we did. I responded immediately and took swift and over the top measures to address any and all of your concerns. VRBO also agreed with our response to you and took no action other than to support the measures taken to better help you. The house is as pictured in VRBO We have had guests after your departure who have been VERY pleased .
