Chic & clean 2/2 open floor plan condo w/ ability to accommodate 6 guests comfortably & located in the Arts District of downtown Davidson. With prime location you can walk to the college, Davidson Lake, farmer's market, outdoor movies in town, shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Also, catch a parade on Main St during the major holidays. Enjoy time on the balconies while drinking complimentary coffee and entertain your guests w/ a fully equipped kitchen.

This comfortable condo has touches of greenery and succulents. Great natural light warms the space and the large master bedroom feels airy! Open all the french doors for a cooling breeze in both the master bedroom and living room. You can sit on the modest balconies and bask in the sun.

Cleanliness of the unit is our specialty! Not only is the condo professionally cleaned between each guest, but longer term renters can enjoy a complimentary weekly cleaning service to show our commitment to cleanliness and care for the space!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and the Saturday morning farmers market. Gaylen was easy to communicate with and made check-in a breeze. We’d definitely stay here again!

The condo was very comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. Check in was seamless. The kitchen was well equipped. It would have been nice to have check out instructions-we just did the same as other places we stayed. Coming in at night was a bit dark. Some kid of lighting over the entryway would be gelpful

stay here!! you can’t pick a better rental. downtown is a short walk! ice cream next door. super quiet. absolutely spotless! photos dont show it but condo is very spacious. great host!

Best location for Davidson College

I was in town to visit my college senior and attend a few end-of-year recitals and ceremonies. This apartment was perfect. I forego the rental car and splurged a little for this location, it was worth it. It was a quick 10-minute walk to campus and all the fun restaurants. Fantastic Property..Do Not Hesitate to Stay Here!

This property was a nice option for our family of four adults. My husband and I were in the master bedroom, one child in the guest bedroom and one child slept on the couch. Check the closets for extra sheets/pillows. There were plenty of towels between the two bathrooms and the bathrooms had hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. They have a keurig coffee maker and provided keurig cups and sugar for at least your first morning if not more. They also have a snack basket to tide you over if you can't make it to the grocery store. The check-in was great. Communication with the owner was fantastic. There was plenty of parking and it was quite quiet, too. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Visiting the Charlotte area

My husband and I visited the Charlotte area to get to know it better. This condo was perfect, so much space, very clean and in a great neighborhood. I walked to/from Davidson College every day and enjoyed my coffee on the patio to start my day. Great location to spend a few days in this lake community.

July 4th weekend

I’m originally from California but my parents moved to NC in 2004 and I followed shortly in 2008. I purchased the condo new and really enjoyed living there!! I come back and visit whenever possible but now I live in Florida and work on the yachts down there. I try to give 5-star hospitality to my condo guests, the same way I do for the boat guests. My standards of cleanliness are high ... especially in this COVID world! I manage from afar but have a great team working with me. Together, we hope to take care of any of your needs to make it a great and comfortable stay ... so let me know if there's anything, I mean ANYTHING I can do for you!

Location, location, location!!! It just doesn't get much better than this!!! Everything is so easily accessible and within walking distance! The condo has a great feel, lots of light, and I have been getting great compliments on the decor ... not too cluttered, not too sterile. Come stay and make this your home for your visit, wether it's a weekend getaway or a longer stay!
