Very cute house and a convenient location close to downtown Davidson and Davidson College. The fenced-in backyard was great for the dog!

We loved the location and took advantage of the nearby park and walking to downtown Davidson. Clean with comfy beds and a great kitchen and patio.

Great house in a cute little town

We had a great stay in Davidson. It’s a beautiful little town. The house was great. Walking distance to a wonderful park for kids. The host was great, home was well stocked.

Great house. It was clean, had a stocked coffee station, close to downtown Davidson. Natalie was a great host. She checked in with us to make sure everything was okay and to see if anything was needed. I would recommend this property for sure!

Perfect family trip

The adult grandchildren were so happy with the home and we had the best time playing air hockey with our great grandson. The playgrounds in the area were amazing. Fire pit in the yard was a great touch

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this home again! The host was incredibly responsive and communicated everything clearly before and during our stay, making the entire process stress-free. Check-in and check-out were simple and seamless.The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of amenities, which made it feel like a home away from home. The location was another huge plus—just a short drive to downtown with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and other conveniences. The backyard area is a private fenced in spot with a cute little patio set and a separate fire pit area for hanging oht with friends or family. The home is pet friendly but we had no issues with finding pet hair or other messes. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay!

Excellent Stay! Home was very clean, super cute and beds were very comfortable. Nice outdoor area with seating. Fire pit area with lights- overall very charming. Manager was quick to respond and they were kind enough to accommodate an extra hour to check out since my flight timing was later in day, very much appreciated.

Fantabulous

Very beautiful, quiet, convenient to our needs. All the amenities we could ask for. Plenty of towels!! We had fun playing the arcade game and air hockey. Will definitely keep this one in mind when we are in the area again!

Lovely new space

Had family in for a quick weekend visit and everyone agreed that we’d happily book this space again. It was very clean, recently renovated, and close to everything we needed in Davidson. The host is very responsive and helpful, and we were treated as true guests. I’d definitely recommend.

Comfortable well stocked home in a cute little town. My husband and I stayed for a weekend with our daughter’s family (including a 3 year old granddaughter). The property was clean and well maintained. The game room was a hit with the adults and the kiddo. Park was a short walk and downtown Davidson was charming. The host’s communications were clear and timely. Very enjoyable stay!

The property is immaculate and fairly new. Beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. As others mentioned, despite being dog friendly there are no signs of wear from other dogs. Everything is spotless.There are a bunch of great touches throughout the house and everything you could need is provided. The house had a nice fenced in area and small fire pit. Communication with the owner was fantastic and she was very responsive.The location is close to Davidson but I'm surprised others haven't noted the following yet: First, it's about a 20 min walk to downtown, not 10. Second, a few of the neighboring homes are eyesores and one had multiple run down cars parked in front of our house our entire stay and on the neighboring lawn etc.I know this isn't the owners fault but something to just be noted. The house was FANTASTIC and the owner was incredible but I think in hindsight we would have stayed in a different location in town.

I'm sorry that occurred while you were there. And for what its worth, it is about an 11 minute walk from this home to the beginning of downtown Davidson. Of course if you want to walk further into town it does take longer. Thank you!

What a fabulous find! We stayed here for 2 nights and it was just as described, clean, modern, well equipped with a lovely and responsive host. A short walk to Davidson College campus and the town restaurants. Very quiet home. It's an ideal place for any Davidson College parents coming for move in/move out weekends or graduation. Very pleased with the visit. I had to work whilst there and the wifi was strong! Thank you!
