L'emplacement ULTIMATE "en ville" a un accès skis aux pieds / navette, avec 4 O'Clock Ski Run à travers la rue. Le complexe est à moins d'un pâté de maisons de la rue principale historique. Ayant subi une importante rénovation extérieure, le complexe a la sensation d'un lodge de montagne de luxe, avec ses grandes entrées en rondins et son extérieur en pierre. L'unité est équipée de son propre foyer au gaz, balcon, laveuse / sécheuse, parking couvert et Internet sans fil. Pour le ski après-ski, il y a deux bains à remous avec un foyer, ainsi qu'un accès facile à la piscine et aux bains à remous d'Upper Village.

Ayant terminé un remodelage intérieur, cette retraite de montagne est magnifique! Cette unité spacieuse offre plus de 1200 pieds carrés d'espace de vie sur un seul niveau, y compris deux chambres principales et deux salles de bain, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle à manger séparée et un beau salon avec foyer au gaz et canapé-lit queen. L'aspect et la convivialité de l'unité sont absolument parfaits: portes et garnitures en aulne noueux, meubles de salon en cuir, meubles de chambre en ardoise et décor animalier.

Après une journée sur les pistes, vous profiterez du confort de ce havre bien aménagé. Vous pouvez vous pelotonner sur les meubles en cuir dans le salon et regarder la télévision à écran plat de 40 pieds tout en profitant de la chaleur et de l'ambiance du foyer au gaz. Le chef du groupe adorera la cuisine entièrement équipée et n'aura aucun problème à préparer quelque chose d'exquis sur la cuisinière / four Jen-Air ou sur le barbecue à gaz sur le balcon privé (la vue sur la ville est incroyable). Si personne ne se porte volontaire pour travailler comme chef, vous n'êtes qu'à un pâté de maisons de la rue Main et de ses nombreux restaurants! Plus tard, l'heure du coucher sera un vrai régal, avec chaque suite parentale et le canapé-lit dans le salon, avec une télévision à écran plat.

Complete, Convenient and cozy!!

This condo has it all!!! It was comfortable and had everything needed for a week's ski vacation. The beds are KINGS!!! and so comfortable. I would say that additional blankets are needed since the owner requests that you not use the thick comforters that are on the beds. But other than that, the kitchen is stocked with every imaginable pot, pan and utensil, dishware and serving ware. The owner/management leaves spices, coffee filters, unopened food staples etc in the kitchen for guest use....this is really nice as I didn't have to buy spices, hand soap, dish soap or paper towels for our stay. We did buy additional TP and paper towels but left the extras for the next guests. The bus system to the lifts is super easy and gets you to the lifts so fast. The ski back to the condo is really convenient also and we did that 4/5 days we were there to have lunch. I highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a great stay for a ski trip.

We had a great stay - the space is perfect for two couples with the two separate bedroom suites. Kitchen is well equipped and furniture is comfortable. Great location for both mountain and town access. Would definitely repeat!

Great spot. Beautiful interior design. Kitchen pots and pan should be thrown away. Too much Teflon ( cancer causing)peeling off. Wish they had spent as much on kitchen utensils as they did on lamps.

Location was perfect!

Everything from booking to communication throughout our stay was fantastic. Mary was a great host and provided lots of "extra" essentials throughout the condo which was a nice added bonus. The short walk to the hot tubs was great after a long day of skiing. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful retreat

We had a great time at this shuttle out / ski in condo. The location was walking distance to anything you need. We enjoyed the hot tubs in the complex and the ones with the pool a short walk away. The condo was cozy and had all the ammenities we needed for our stay. We cooked every morning and most nights and had everything we needed. Thank you for letting us stay here.

Cozy and well maintained property with easy access to the shuttle to either peek 9 or the gondola to peek 7/8, ski rentals across the street and only 5 minutes to town. And, we loved being able to ski home at the end of each day. The host provided thorough check in guidance and was available throughout our stay to answer any questions. I hope we can stay again next year!

Ski vacation

This condo was perfect for the skiers and non skiers of the group. A few steps to the bus for a short ride to lifts for the skiers and a short walk to town for shopping, cafes and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and dual masters were perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing location, spacious!!

Short walking distance to town and Gondola! Shuttes free with two stops across the street. Jacuzzis on premises, perfect after a day on the slopes. The condo had everything needed for a weeks stay and is very clean. We hope to return!!

Comfortable condo in great location!

Thid. Info is so comfortable and in a great location. A short shuttle ride from the ski lifts and ski in to right across the street, you are also right next to downtown Breckenridge. 4 of us spent a great Christmas week here skiing and relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a gas grill on the balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

Probably great in winter, mixed bag in summer

The condo is beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The location near Main Street is great for easy walking to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Unfortunately, South Park Avenue is a very busy street with Breckinridge buses, construction trucks, and general traffic coming by throughout the day, so during a summer vacation when the windows need to be open it is fairly loud, although it does quiet down at night. Additionally, we felt the owners were stingy with amenities; no coffee, a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner, and a small bar of soap for the shower; if we had been aware we would have brought our own toiletries so we didn’t have to purchase from City Market. The bedrooms are not well ventilated, luckily we used only one bedroom so we were able to use two fans in the bedroom to help us stay cool at night. Finally, a 10 day stay is a long time to go without a cleaning service coming in; owners provided cleaning supplies like mops, brooms, sponges but limited cleaning products. We would have chosen to pay for a cleaning service to come in one time during our stay rather than purchasing cleaning products at the store.

Wonderful, cozy condo in prefect location!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Breck! The location is perfect, you can rent skis across the street, walk to restaurants and shops, and ski down 4 O’Clock right to the condo. Also close to bus pick up stations which will take you to lifts. We even walked up to the Snowflake lift once, but it’s a little strenuous in boots and skis! The condo was very cozy, loved the fireplace and comfortable beds. Will defiantly love to stay here again for our next trip to Breckenridge!

A great location...

Thank you for letting us stay at your property. We had a wonderful spring break as a family! There were four of us and this condo was the perfect size. The kitchen was well equipped to pack our lunches before a day of skiing and have the crockpot making our dinner while we were away...just the way we like it! This condo is also conveniently located to walk to main street or walk to the lifts. Thanks again!!!

Location. Location!

This Park Place Condo is the perfect location for any Breckenridge vacation. It is located within a quick walk to the bus stop that will take you to any of the ski lifts (Yellow South Bus Line). And if you are want to ski directly back, you can take the 4 o'clock trail and ski right back to the condo. In addition, the location is about a 5 minute walk to town where you can easily get to all that Breckenridge has to offer from dining to shopping. There is a ski rental shop located directly across the street if you need rentals or gear of any kind. Besides the location, which is huge in my book, the condo itself is wonderful. I have booked condos through VRBO for 20 years and I think this was about the best stocked unit I have come across. The kitchen had everything you could ever need in appliances and kitchen-wear to the grill on the porch. We picked up fresh trout and steaks from the City Market (Kroger), and had nice grilled dinners each evening. The beds were comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. The bathrooms were well stocked with plenty of towels and even pool/hot-tub towels, shower gels, shampoo, and soap. The two hot-tubs were only a stones throw from the unit and were a welcome relaxation after a day skiing. It was also wonderful having a gas fireplace to warm-up by in the evening. An outdoor ski closet made keeping your gear accessible without having to drag it inside the condo. Another plus is having covered parking units, particularly during our 5 snowy days! The roads and parking lot are cleared each morning of snow. The condo is tastefully decorated. Wifi works well. The TV is a smart TV and served by Dish Network. I really cannot think of anything that it is lacking. The only problem that we encountered was with the dryer. It could have been user error, but we could never get it to run longer than 2 minutes at a time. All in all, this is a wonderful rental. We will definitely be back! Thank you

Cozy Condo Centrally Located

This condo is in the center of it all; the town and the slopes. The view of the town’s lights from the picture windows are mesmerizing. Just a short walk across the street to town or to the gondola for skiing at Peak 7 or 8. Or, grab a free shuttle to take you to Beaver Run and Peak 9. This condo has two Master suites which gave us lots of space to spend time together. The main room has a cozy fireplace and the kitchen is well stocked. Throughly enjoyed and felt like home.

First family vacation in Breck

My family and I rented Mary’s condo for a week and couldn’t be happier. The place was clean and in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, seasoning and all the right stuff to cook a great meal. Close to the slopes, a quick walk to Main Street, and easily accessible. I would highly recommend staying here and will look to rent this condo again in the future.

Fabulous Ski Get Away!!

We stayed at this very comfy and cute condo for my 40th Birthday!! The location is PERFECT! You are only a 10min walk from the nearest left on 4 o'clock rd!!! You can also ski all the way to the main street and its a very short walk right back to the condo! This condo was RIGHT off the downtown main street area - so everything is in walking distance! Also there are MANY other resorts/mountains to ski at and they are all within 20-45min of this location :) The condo is warm, clean and welcoming. Perfect for two couples looking to get away. We loved that both rooms had KING beds and also their own private bathrooms, this was a plus! The kitchen is Stocked with everything you need for cooking in (pots, pans, seasonings). There is also a DRIP coffee maker and LOTS of mugs :) I would def recommend this condo for a stay when you visit Breckenridge! It was an awesome experience for us :)
