Bienvenue à votre retraite ski-in / ski-out 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains situé à Grandview à Breckenridge condominiums. Accès skis aux pieds à environ 200 mètres de notre condo! Profitez d'un accès pratique au ski et d'un parking autorisé pour 2 voitures. Vous êtes à quelques minutes en navette du centre-ville de Breckenridge et de la station de ski de Breckenridge, et à quelques pas de la piste de course de quatre heures et du télésiège Snowflake.

À l'intérieur, vous trouverez un condo entièrement rénové parfait pour se détendre après une journée sur les pistes ou faire de la randonnée dans nos belles montagnes. Cuisinez ce repas parfait dans la cuisine gastronomique. Détendez-vous près de la cheminée à gaz confortable qui ajoute de la chaleur et une ambiance étonnante sur simple pression d'un interrupteur pour une nuit de détente en jouant à des jeux ou en regardant votre film préféré.

À PROPOS DU CONDO

Cette unité au rez-de-chaussée offre un accès facile dans un complexe sans ascenseur. Plongez dans le canapé ou le fauteuil moelleux et détendez-vous au coin du feu après une journée exaltante sur la montagne. Regardez vos émissions préférées sur le téléviseur à écran plat avec câble et lecteur DVD. Le canapé se transforme en couchette pour des invités supplémentaires.

Les comptoirs en granit massif, les appareils en acier inoxydable et tous les ustensiles de cuisine et petits appareils dont vous avez besoin pour préparer des repas gastronomiques vous attendent dans la cuisine spacieuse. Un pass-through pratique facilite les divertissements avec tout votre groupe et nourrit les enfants en un clin d'œil.

La chambre principale est meublée d'un lit queen-size, d'une télévision à écran plat. Une salle de bain principale lumineuse et lumineuse avec une belle douche avec une porte en verre euro solide. La chambre n ° 2 peut accueillir 4 personnes sur une couchette à deux lits superposés avec lit gigogne double et une salle de bain pour invités offre une combinaison douche / baignoire.

Les installations comprennent une laverie dans l'unité, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, la télévision par câble et un parking autorisé pour deux voitures.

Nice Location

Comfortable and cozy accommodations for small group or family. Great location and proximity that was just a short walk to trail that takes you to a lift. Quick drive to parking garage near all the shops and restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our time here and would rent this place again.

The place itself was great. Good location to slopes, relatively easy to get to town even without a car, clean, and had the essentials. The host was also very accommodating and made the trip easy.

The condo was very well situated, we were able to walk to the ski slopes without any issues. Overall, the place was perfect size for three people. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay

We loved the condo and our time there snowboarding. Clean, updated, and easy to check in. Beds were comfy and nice having 2 bathrooms with showers. Lots of cooking essentials if needed. Hard to find a complaint but if I had to would say the couch was pretty uncomfortable so not a great area to hang out in. Everything else seemed very new and updated.

Spring 25 Ski

Noisy- building has very little soundproofing so you could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were doing. Bed was “springy” so when one person moves whole bed moves. Living furniture worn out and uncomfortable. Great kitchen, clean and distance to the slopes excellent. Management very responsive. Would not stay again because of the noise and uncomfortable furniture.

Nice spot. Convenient. Smaller than the description. Double queen bunk beds are fine for kids, not adults, the sofa/ hidabed should be replaced ( I slept on the floor), the pots and pans have loose Teflon( known carcinogen), and should be replaced. Nice knives for food prep.

The property is in an excellent location. The place was clean. It is very convenient. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen very nice. Desperately need to upgrade the couch. There isn't any support at all other than for one person. The recliner needs fixing.

We had a very nice stay.. Condo is very well equipped, high end appliances, beds were very comfortable, nice warmth from the fireplace.. I did have some issues with the lock, host promptly had maintenance take care of it.. There was even enough snow on the road to mostly ski (not walk) the 100 yards to 4 O'Clock ski run.

Great Place - Family Room Furniture very Uncomfortable

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great place, Ryan is responsive, and we had no problems. Our only complaint is with the family room furniture, and the entertainment electronics. The sectional furniture was very uncomfortable, with metal bars everywhere. We couldn't find a comfortable place to sit. The recliner was in bad shape also. The entertainment system, with 4 remotes, was very difficult to control. We figured it out, but not very intuitive. Small complaints but for the money paid, I expected better furniture to relax in after a great day skiing.

We had a couple of issues which were addressed and resolved immediately. The pictures make the place look bigger than it is - a little small for the 5 of us (3 adult size kids), but we made it work. Only wish is that there was a hot tub and outdoor seating. With little kids, it would've been perfect. Highly recommend Grandview Condo's C8.

Overall the property gets 4-5 stars except for the sofa and icy parking lot and stairs. I fractured by wrist on our first night and was not able to ski.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was in a convenient location (about 200 yards from 4 o'clock run), the condo was well furnished with all the extras, property manager responsive. Only down fall was, we were unable to get early/late checkout. However, we went during peak season so it's understandable.

Condo is very nice and very clean. Kitchen was well stock in terms of kitchenware, dishes, etc. location was very close to slope. Though we never did figure out how it was ski in/out. Highly recommend this condo for your visit.

The condo was not cleaned.

When we checked into the condo, we discovered that it was not cleaned from the previous occupants. There were sheets and towels laying on the floor and it looks like they had started to clean it and then stopped. It was a mess! We tried to find other accommodations for the night, but that wasn’t possible. We called the manager and his wife brought us clean towels and sheets to get us through the night. He scheduled the cleaners to come the next day. We made our beds and tried to clean it up a bit, but during these days of COVID, we were extremely disappointed and concerned about our health. When they did clean the place, they didn’t leave any soap or shampoo so we had to get that ourselves. The manager said he would refund part of stay but that hasn’t happened yet. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service.
