Emplacement parfait - au coin de Four O'Clock Road et de Park Avenue - Park Place Condominium est à un pâté de maisons de la rue Main du côté de la pente de la ville, et à seulement 800 pieds (deux pâtés de maisons) du Snowflake Lift. Vous pouvez littéralement marcher n'importe où - restaurants, boutiques, clubs et tavernes du centre-ville, ainsi que les remontées mécaniques. Si vous ne voulez pas marcher, vous pouvez prendre la navette gratuite de la ville locale - le ramassage se fait de l'autre côté de la rue. Garez-vous au condo et rangez vos clés - vous n'aurez pas besoin de conduire!

Cette unité spacieuse est d'environ 1100 pieds carrés et contient deux chambres et deux salles de bain disposées en deux suites privées. La terrasse privée avec barbecue à gaz surplombe les deux bains à remous sur place. Il y a une nouvelle piscine commune intérieure / extérieure. WiFi gratuit inclus, TVHD LCD 42 pouces dans le salon, TV LCD 32 pouces dans chaque chambre, et un parking couvert est disponible sans frais supplémentaires.

We had a lovely stay! The condo was clean and well-kept. There was plenty of dishes and cooking utensils; we even cooked a nice steak dinner one night. Location is excellent; close to downtown and walking distance (or a short drive) to the gondola. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Location and Property

This property was great. Super easy to get to slope and to town. I loved everything about it. Only complaint would be if neighbors upstairs are loud you can hear them walking around. I would bring earplugs and stay here. It was fantastic.

Prime location

Everything was fantastic. Kitchen had all the essentials to cook in. Restaurants are walking distance if you want to eat out. Fireplace was awesome. Walking distance to slopes. Would definitely stay here again!

This condo is comfortable and is an easy walk to the snowflake lift. The owners have thought of everything! A great place to stay!

Fantastic place to stay!

We had a terrific experience at Park Place! Mara was wonderful to work with and so responsive and helpful with all my questions about the area and condo. We will definitely stay here again if we vacation in Breckenridge again. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Breckenridge either for skiing or just to vacation in the beautiful town.

This was our second time staying in this condo. Very clean and comfy furnishings. Mara is very easy to work with. Will definitely keep staying here when we visit the area.

Great Breckenridge condo!

We fully enjoyed staying at this Breckenridge condo! The location was perfect for skiing -- short walk to the snowflake lift -- and the hot tub was nice for apres ski! The condo was well furnished with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable!

We had a great time in Breckenridge. I’m not sure we will ever go back during spring break though, it was very busy. Wait times were long everywhere you went.

Breckenridge Summer Getaway

Property was excellent and just as described. Was nice to have the hot tubs adjacent to the unit. There was an active maintenance crew looking at hot tubs and pools and everything was working and clean. Parking was easy directly under the units. The walk to the pool was enjoyable and short (approx 3 mins). The only issue we had was the floors creaked a lot and we could easily hear the walkers above during the night. The location is wonderful and right accross the street from the area where kids play on the rocks in the stream. Unit was clean and perfect for a family of 2 adults 3 kids! Would stay here again.

Family Breck Visit

Property was perfect for our annual trip to the area. Location provides easy access to the Snowflake lift and town. Unit had everything we needed except shampoo but quick walk to the market in town solved that problem! Furniture was comfortable and easily accommodated our family of five. Would recommend the unit to anyone looking for a comfortable spot close to everything that makes Breck great.

Great condo with close proximity to restaurants and skiing.

Condo is perfect size for family and well appointed. Steam shower was nice after cold day of skiing along with boot area at entrance for quick warming of boots and jackets. Condo was in great condition and clean. Only small recommendation would be to add some blankets for couch area - weather was negative or around zero during our stay. Condo had good parking and close walk to great restaurants. Great place and would definitely recommend and return.

Great location

Condo was 2 blocks to Snowflake lift uphill, doable for sure. Ski back via 4 O'Clock run to Snowflake was easily marked to get back. Condo was well stocked. Great space. Perfect for 3-4 adults, but bunk beds in Queen room great if traveling with kids. Easy walk to town for shopping and eating. Check in was a piece of cake. Definitely recommend this condo.

Great location, great condo, very clean

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge. The only caveat would be the people on the 3rd floor above. We may have just gotten unlucky, but they made all kinds of noise stomping around and what sounded like moving furniture a few nights at 1am. Otherwise it was great.

Perfect Location, everything we needed!

Great Stay over the summer - this VRBO is in the perfect location - so close to Main Street that we could walk, yet quiet and set far enough away. We had no issues with parking and enjoyed the complex this condo is in. There is a grocery store about a 2 min drive away as well as the free Gondola up to Peak 8. The condo itself had everything we needed and was perfect for our time in Breck! The price is exceptional for this VRBO and I would highly recommend to anyone hemming and hawing over a couple different spots! When and if we come back this will be our choice!

Great unit for a great price

We just got back from our stay in this unit. The quality of the unit was excellent with all the amenities as promised. It has great access to the mountain bike trails as well as all the areas of Breckenridge within an easy walk. The only thing I would list is the traffic noise was higher in this unit versus other places I've stayed in the area, but that wasn't enough for me to drop the overall rating as it was more than offset by the price, location, and quality.
