Begin your Northern Arizona Adventure in our 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Rustic Mountain Retreat. Our home is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac in Boulder Pointe, one of Flagstaffs most coveted neighborhoods. Escape the heat in the summers with our central A/C. Keep warm by the gas fireplace after your winter activities. Unwind in the soaking tub after a full day of fun, spend quality time with family or friends in the large living room, or relax and binge watch your favorite Netflix or Hulu Live shows on one of 4 TV's. There are two bedrooms with King beds, and two bedrooms with Queen beds all with their own attached bathrooms. Enjoy a beautiful sunset from the covered front porch or sip coffee next to the fire pit on a chilly evening, subject to seasonality. Located within minutes to Northern Arizona University and Downtown. Shopping is within a mile.

Wonderful Flagstaff Home

Laurie's hose is lovely and exactly as described. Clean, well appointed and in a wonderful neighborhood. The location is a great base to visit Sedona, the Grand Canyon and attractions like Walnut Canyon, Meteor Crater, Lowell Observatory, Bearizona etc. Lot's of local restaurant options and grocery stores etc are all close by. Our family had a wonderful time there and would certainly recommend this house.

Great place on Flagstsff

This property was spacious, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. The 4 ensuites were perfect for our family of 5. There are numerous restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay!

We had the BEST Thanksgiving at the Rustic Farmhouse!! The home is super cozy, clean and attention to detail was impeccable. We were two families of 4 and there was plenty of room to cook, play games and spend time together. The appliances were high end, which really made a difference in cooking our Thanksgiving dinner. Laurie was so nice and incredibly easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back!!

Grand Canyon Trip with Friends

Beautiful home! Each bedroom having its own bath worked great for the 4 couples we had on the trip. It’s very convenient to the area around it including the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, Petrified Forest and Sedona. We would stay here again for sure! The only knock is no washer/drier. Five stars!

Gorgeous home in beautiful mountain country side. Very cozy but very elegant.. was a perfect way to spend a quick ski vacay. Laurie, the hostess, was extremely helpful and very responsive to our questions… Thank you for a lovely stay…

We had a great stay for NAU parents weekend. The house was tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood that felt like you were in the woods. The home had everything we could need and then some! Laurie was very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Fantastic Home

We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals and this is by far the nicest one we’ve ever stayed. Absolutely beautiful. So many charming touches everywhere. Beds were comfortable and everything was spotless clean. It was really nice to have a private bathroom with each bedroom. We would definitely stay here again.

An impeccable stay

If there’s one word we’d use to describe the Rustic Retreat it is impeccable. The amenities are are sophisticated, the beds are like clouds, and the on-suite bathrooms offered the right amount of privacy. Laurie was so easy to work with. We would highly recommend this beautiful home!

I have been hosting Vacation Rentals for over 7 years and enjoy creating spaces for guests to enjoy. I am also a licensed Realtor in the State of Arizona for 34 years. I have 4 children and my husband has 2. We have 13 grandchildren.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I first traveled to Flagstaff to visit with my mother when she moved to Arizona in 1979. I loved the pine forests and the lack of mosquitos. But when I drove down through Oak Creek Canyon, I was truly sold on the area for it's diverse geography and the friendly people. Boulder Pointe is one of those subdivisions that is situated close to everything, yet is in an area all it's own. It is one of my favorite places to live.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We custom built this home uniquely for short term vacation rental stays. It was important that each guest had a bathroom attached to each bedroom. That the street was a dead end without busy traffic. The home was designed to convey comfort and relaxation. It makes a great base for exploring all that Northern Arizona has to offer, from The Grand Canyon to South through Oak Creek Canyon to Sedona, West to Williams and East to Winslow, North to Page and Antelope Canyon. There is the mining town of Jerome, and many local restaurants and breweries to choose from. We have year round activities and miles of forest to explore.
