Your family retreat awaits! Relax and enjoy this cozy updated 2Br/2Ba townhouse at Attitash Mountain Village Resort. It`s a short 10min walk to Attitash Mountain. Offers a full kitchen with the basics. Guests have full access to all available amenities. There`s something here for everyone.
The condo occupies the third and fourth floors. Upon entering the unit, a staircase will lead you into the dining area, living room and kitchen. The living room is equipped with a gas fireplace and a queen sized pull out sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics, a toaster, water kettle and drip coffee maker. There is a full bath with a compact washer/dryer available for use. Also on this floor is a large master bedroom with a queen size bed and master bath. A narrower staircase will lead you to the second bedroom on the 4th floor with two twin beds. All rooms are equipped with a TV, A/C and heating. There are stairs to enter the space. There is no elevator in the building.
Guests are welcome to use the resort amenities, which includes an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness room, ping ping table, tennis courts and game room. Hours of operation are 9am-10pm. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are open during the summer months with the jacuzzi open year-round with limited hours.
Coin operated washer & dryer in Hospitality Building open 7am-9pm.
Winter outdoor activities include an ice skating rink (bring your own skates or rent locally), outdoor play structure and lots of hiking trails along the Saco River Trail.
Matty B`s is a family-friendly restaurant that offers sit down dining and take out service. They are located in the Hospitality Building. Hours vary.
The North Conway Scenic Railroad line (Bartlett stop) is on the resort, behind the Hospitality Building.
The Saco River Hiking trail is a 3 mile gentle trail on the resort.
There are BBQ grills throughout the resort for guests, first come.
Please limit two cars in the open parking area. There are two level 2 electric car chargers (first come). The amenities in the resort are walking distance.
This rental may not be suitable for infants or young toddlers as itâs not equipped with safety gates. There is a pack and play and kids` dishware.
No parties, no smoking/vaping and no pets allowed on the resort
The resort observes quiet hours between 10pm through 8am.

**CANCELLATIONS made within the free cancellation period will be subject to a 3% credit card transaction fee**
Quiet hours observed between 10pm - 8am. Please keep noise down to a minimum.
Please store your snow equipment in the ski locker. Do not bring skis or snowboards inside the unit or common areas.
No smoking or vaping of any substance inside the unit - cleaning crew will charge a minmum of $200 for additional interior cleaning.
Upon checkout:
- Please take the trash out to the dumpster.
- Please turn off all electronics (AC, heater, TV and lights).
- Please turn down the living room thermostat to 65F and turn off all other manual thermostats off.
- Please wash all used dish ware.
- Leave the card key on the dining table and return the ski locker key to the front desk.
