You will love this charming, recently remodeled, 1930’s cabin in downtown Fruita. The backyard is shaded and has ample space for both kids and dogs to play and a great BBQ spot. The living room is spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked for whatever feast you have planned. The dining room has a wood burning fireplace and the perfect spot after a long day of skiing or biking to relax and dine. With families in mind, Maple is fully equipped with board games, toys, a pack in play and high chair.

We fully comply with the City of Fruita short term rental requirements and have completed and passed a thorough safety check.

City of Fruita license #0038-21.

The backyard has both a grill and patio furniture for outdoor dining, yard is enclosed for animals. The parking is ample and gated- allows for an RV, large vehicles or trailers. The living room is spacious with seating for minimum 6, a bar and breakfast nook for eating. The kitchen is stocked and includes kid friendly cutlery and a high chair. The dining room is part of the original cabin and has a wood burning fireplace and seating for 6.

Excellent Stay in Fruita

We had a great stay while exploring Fruita and driving into Moab. The house was very clean and a close walking distance to town.

Great bike trip to Fruita!

We’ve stayed here now two years in a row for our annual bike trip. The property is in the perfect location, spacious and clean. We had a great time! It had everything we needed and a great backyard space to enjoy. We will be back next year!

Perfect getaway house for a small family

We were in town for our son's wedding, and this house was absolutely perfect, both inside and out. It's charming, with a spacious living area that opens up to a very large backyard that we definitely took advantage of to relax with a glass of wine, and play some ping-pong too. I hope to return soon!

Great HQ for Mountain Biking

I recommend this property! It's nice and clean with darts/games in the backyard. Just a short walk from downtown and close to the many trail systems around to mountain bike.

Great for a family

We really enjoyed the backyard along with its dart board and ping pong table. The gathering area was great for our group. Only negative would be the small 4th bedroom that only had access through the 3rd bedroom. Would work great for a group of children or parents with young children but made the 4 bedrooms a little difficult for us. Thanks for the great place to stay while we enjoyed Fruita with our family!

Great location

We stayed at this property with our immediate family of 4 and friends for Country Jam. It was a great location in a cute area of Fruita. We enjoyed the backyard and our grown kids loved playing ping pong and cornhole. House was functional for our group, although the bedrooms are a bit small with the exception of the primary master bedroom. Overall a great place!

Quick Stay in Fruita

We came to town for the dinosaur museum and dig and originally planned on camping. When the weather called for multiple 100+ degree days we changed plans and stayed at this sweet cabin in town. Walking distance to town where you’ll find ice cream, great pizza, and excellent coffee as well as several bike shops and cute stores. Also close to a large park with a small playground and lots of ball fields. We loved the location and Miquela was an excellent host, checking in throughout our stay to ensure we had what we needed. Definitely recommend!

Great Place to base out of for Rabbit Valley, Fruita and even into Montrose

Was perfect for 3-4 adults who want to ride / be active around Fruita. Inside was comfortable, 2x bathrooms, great kitchen for preparing meals and easy to serve in the backyard. Backyard was good for winding down after riding and there was room to work on bikes or other mechanicals if need be without being in the way. The lockable gate on the driveway was another nice feature if you want to leave your trailer for a quick run into town or drive in the Colorado Monument. Walkable to downtown but far enough that you feel you are in the neighborhood and away from traffic. Quiet street even with the school across the street. All in all we'll return.
