Bob, The 5th Bedroom Casita is now finished as you can see from the listing pictures. As a company we pride ourselves in clear communication and setting proper expectations and this was not done with your reservation. I apologize the ongoing construction was not communicated to you before your stay. It should have been finished by the time of your check in but again that is on us and we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. The construction was isolated to the garage and should not have affected the rest of the home but the workers simply forgot to reconnect the plumbing to the washer and dryer so that was an oversight on their part. Regarding the WIFI, we made a change to the login information and our team did not update the house manual with these changes. We have also communicated with our landscaper to let us know ahead of time if he will be servicing the home on a different day than already scheduled. This is rare but may happen if they get held up with other homes on their route. Again we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have called.
