This home is great for larger groups, families, groups of families, small events and more. It can sleep 12+ guests. The spacious master bedroom is upstairs and has a king bed with an attached bathroom. Bedroom two is downstairs and has two bunk beds with twins on top and fulls on bottom. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There is also a futon couch/bed in the main living area downstairs and a twin/twin bunk bed in the living room upstairs. Two RV electric hookups are available to rent on either side of the outside barn, increasing the total number of guests that could fit on the property.

The bathroom downstairs has a large, fully-tiled shower, double sink, utility sink and houses the washer and dryer. The second bathroom upstairs is connected to the living room and has a large tiled shower, single sink and ample storage space in the refinished vanity. The third bathroom upstairs is attached to the master and has a large shower with single sink vanity.

Two of the coolest features of the property are the barns. The first barn, most often referred to as the “The Party Barn”. The second (attached) barn is large with cement floors, lots of open space and a basketball hoop, pickleball with lines, yard games and more.
