This quintessential ski and golf chalet is nestled in the heart of Schuss Village at Shanty Creek Resorts! Boasting 5 charming bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, you’ll find that this 1,850 square foot single family home has plenty of space for the whole family (or multiple families!). This ski and golf chalet is located on a quaint private neighborhood road, surrounded by beautiful forestry, and it’s the perfect place for a weekend of downhill or cross country skiing, snowshoeing, golfing with friends, or just an “Up North” getaway!

During their stay, guests will have full access to the entire ski chalet! Guests will also have access to 2 pools and hot tubs as part of the homes’ HOA access!

Fantastic stay and getaway. The house was clean, cozy and had 5 large beds along with 3 bunk beds. The Blackstone grill was SO NICE to use with a view of the forest.

Amazing Experience

We had an incredible experience staying at Danielle's and Craig's property! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a spotless home that exceeded our expectations. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for our family, and the decor was both stylish and comfortable. We particularly loved the fully equipped kitchen, which made meal preparation a breeze, and the outdoor patio, perfect for enjoying morning coffee with a view. The location was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and beautiful beaches just a short drive away. Danielle and Craig were attentive and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Golf Trip

The property was exactly what we were looking for and was just as advertised on the listing. Property was clean when we arrived and check in and checkout were so easy. Our hosts were also very responsive and super helpful. This was a perfect location for our golf trip weekend and definitely plan to book again for our next time out this way.

Great location to skiiing! Clean, cozy, spacious (there were 12 of us 13-50) & well stocked with linens, games, & kitchen supplies to cook! Will definitely stay again when we come back.

Sweet escape

An adorable well kept/stocked cabin with much attention to detail. Just show up with some food and the rest is covered. A super cozy and well layed out place with lounging room for everyone. We look forward to staying here again!

Last Minute Ski Weekend

We were lucky to find this gem for a last minute ski trip with our adult children and friends. It accommodated my husband and myself and 12 young adults comfortably. Everyone had a bed to sleep in, and plenty of towels for our showers after a long day of skiing. Danielle and Craig have done a lovely job with updates and all I wanted to do was snuggle on the couch in front of the fire and read a book. The cabin is within minutes of the ski hill and tucked away in a charming community with plenty of privacy. We did not have any major issues, but the little questions I did have were responded to quickly. Thank you Danielle and Craig for being a part in helping us create memories with our children!

Hi, we’re Danielle and Craig Buschmann and we’re excited to share our journey with you!

While the start of our real estate career definitely wasn’t something we anticipated during the initial aftermath of a lightning strike, we quickly learned how much we loved watching a home transform through a major rehab, and it became our gateway into real estate investing. After experiencing the process of a live-in flip, our family moved to Plymouth, MI where we currently reside today. After investing over $100K to transform our primary residence into our dream home, we decided it was time to start investing in rental properties to transform our passion for other people.

In 2019, we purchased our first rental property. Our journey quickly escalated and over the course of 5 years, we invested in over $5M+ in real estate through investment properties in our local Southeast Michigan and Northern Michigan communities. In 2020 Danielle also became a licensed realtor in order to better support our real estate dreams.

Recently, Danielle resigned from her 15-year career in tech to pursue a career in real estate full-time and help friends & family find their dream homes. We currently self-manage our local rental properties ourselves and truly enjoy getting to know all of our tenants on a personal level. By believing that a person’s home is at the center of their lives and a place that should bring families and friends together, we love being even a small part of that happiness for our tenants and clients.
