OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
*Highland Lodge is a sister property to Boulder Ridge sitting only 1/2 mile apart and accessible by trail or road. Guests are welcome to rent both at the same time.

*Closest access to Torch Lake is one mile away down a seasonal drive where you can hand launch kayaks, canoes, SUPs and swim. Beach access to Torch Lake is four miles away at Eastport Landing.

*Boaters-there is ample parking for boat trailers on the property and the boat launch is four miles away at Eastport Landing.

*Middle bedroom does not have its own air conditioning unit.

*A Ring Video Doorbell is located on the main entrance door frame and a Ring Spotlight Cam is located above the deck door. They are used to monitor the exterior entrances of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons, to monitor occupancy and ensure house rules are followed. They in no way infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
