Two large sliding doors lead you out to your extra large balcony. This beautifully decorated condo equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a 2-night get away to a month long stay. Queen size mattress and 2 twin beds for the most restful nights sleep. Cable, Wi-Fi, DVD player, also provided to entertain you for those settle back days

We had a perfect stay. The location was high on our list and it did not disappoint. The condo has everything we needed. It was comfortable and with the amazing view it was perfect.

Beautiful views of gulf and SPI

It is obvious the owner, Jessica, has put a lot of thought into making the stay in her condo comfortable, from the can of sunscreen to the air-lock container of fresh ground coffee, the plush bath towels and to the comfortable balcony seating. Nothing has been over looked. Have already re booked for next year, no need to say more..

Wow, just perfect!

We loved this place all around! The location was perfect, the communication was perfect and the balcony was beyond perfect. We will be back as soon as possible, worth more than the money they are charging!

This condo comes with more than what is listed. I came with my own beach towels and chairs, little did i know. There were a bunch of beach towels and chairs along with boogie boards and lots of kids toys to play in the sand. The kitchen is equip with all types of seasonings and other goodies. I was blown away on how well stock the condo was. This is a must visit,Jessica is an amazing host.

LOVE IT

We enjoyed out stay at South Padre. All the people are courteous and polite and very considerate of others. The condo we stayed in has everything a person could need or want and is well arranged. The host is a wonderful fun person and I look forward to getting to her better each year I am able to come. Lots of fun things to do. Best breakfast is Josephine's. Drinking I would go to either Clayton's or WannaWanna. Kelly's pub just around the corner is close and has a wonderful staff and Great Food. Try Kelly's Egg Rolls. We ate at Meatballs every Monday with a large group of people from MN, I will miss that. Great Food.

Nice Condo, very close to the beach!

The owner didn’t have all the specifics In the listing because she has multiple units In the building so you don’t know exactly what you are getting. That said, everything we needed was there and then some. There were even plenty of beach toys and boogie boards and such. We had a good time only problem was the tar balls in the sand ….. but that’s not related to the property that’s BPs fault lol

Family Vacation

My overall review of the condo and beach location is that it is nice, beautiful beach. For the price we paid, I expected better. The condo itself provided all the amenties you could want.Once you pay, your on your own.The condo building, management, and owners were disappointing. We noticed immediately that the outside was a little run down and it smells of hot trash at times. This is a heavily utilized condo complex. There are two elevators. Only one elevator is in use. The other is constantly " out of service". It would take 20 to 45 minutes or more to get on the one elevator at busier times of the day. The elevator was one of the requirements in choosing a condo due to disabilities. We later learned from other time share owners in the building that the broken elevator and adult hot tub( that was under construction) had been that way for at least 18 months. While staying there, Someone pulled the fire alarm at 5 am . We evacuated and waited for the fire department to arrive. This resulted in the fire fighters having to carry a woman up nine flights of stairs because both elevators were not working. Later, a fight broke out infront of the building. Several bottles were shattered and left on the entrance walk way. We asked the front office for 3 days to clean up the glass. My daughter at some point while walking the dogs got a piece of glass wedged into her foot. I was livid. The glass was never cleaned up.The owners never responded to our feedback. Asked for a review.

Our mission is for every guest to have an amazing vacation and a beautiful stay. It is our goal that every person that stays at our condo, leaves, feeling better than when they arrived. It's not the easiest thing to please everyone, but it's always worth a try. If Melissa had contacted us during her stay we could have offered a refund or solution to any issues she was having. We're available 24/7 through VRBO and we give each guest our cell phone number.

Enjoyed the beautiful sunrise,s from the very spacious balcony, sipping on coffee while sitting in the tall Adirondack chairs overlooking the gulf was priceless. The condo itself had everything you would want, the 2 bedroom/ 2 bathrooms were nice; kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals and nice tall 6 place table to sit at. The living room area was nice to sit and chill and watch the tv or play some games. I would stay here again! Wayne G.

I will definitely book AGAIN!

This unit was absolutely wonderful! Very clean. The listing didn’t show everything that was in the condo. I was very happy about the shampoo, conditioner, body soap dispenser in the master bathroom. Not to mention the on the wall blow dryer and the oversized fluffy towels. Every little detail was taken into consideration. Night lights throughout the condo. We took our 3 & 4 yr old grand daughters with us. I was worried about them being afraid in the night. The headboards had the best setup. Complete with main lights and dimmable nightlights on the side of the beds. The same lights are in the other room. The only small concern was that the beds are extremely high. I was afraid the girls would fall out of bed. We layered the floor with pillows. Neither fell out! We are used too a high bed so was no issue for us. Now onto the sheets! VERY nice! There’s a laundry basket with wheels. The newest Laundry room is on the 3rd floor. Machine’s worked very well. The bathrooms need a bit of a remodel. The kitchen had just about everything you could think of. Ok almost everything. There wasn’t any cereal bowls. The Girls ate their cereal out of a coffee cup! It worked. The kitchen had many different seasonings. Surprisingly our favorite one’s. There were games to play. Plenty of seating in the living room. The couch was very comfortable. The patio had plenty of room. The anorak chairs on the patio, perfect height to watch the waves and the sunrise. We added to the collection of sand toys! There were a couple of beach towels as well. OH did I forget to mention the VIEW? AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! We didn’t have the best weather, but there was nothing better than watching the waves and the sound of the ocean!
