Great Stay
We had a group of 9 people (4 adults, 2 teens, 3 kids) stay at this property over a long weekend in January. The check-in and check-out process couldn't have been easier; we just stopped by the desk at the Grand Hyatt to get/return our keys. The property was comfortable and spacious and great for our group. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, but could have used a couple more things like measuring cups, frying pans with lids, etc. Not a big issue at all and wouldn't deter me from staying there. I never saw a hair dryer in either of the master baths, which is listed on the amenities, so be sure to pack your own. We had some trouble with the TVs the first night, but I contacted the property contact and someone came while we were skiing the next day and fixed the issue. The beds are all quite firm, fyi. It's awesome that you get to use the Grand Hyatt pool and other amenities there- that was a nice bonus. The condo is about a 5 minute drive from the Eagle Bahn gondola. We drove there each day and paid a fortune to park because that seemed easier than calling the condo shuttle to take us to the Grand Hyatt, where we would have then caught another shuttle to the gondola. Maybe without kids that would be a more viable (and way less expensive) option. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!
