This home features a welcoming open-concept living room and all the kitchen amenities needed. A balcony is elevated to maximize water views of the Gulf of Mexico. The ground floor patio is shaded and private. Large side yards open to family friendly competitions for volleyball, cornhole or just plain turtle watching. It also hosts picnic area and grill, and is perfect for gathering with family and friends.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with new appliances and gadgets from griddles to crock pots and more, to aide in preparing dinner for your group. Enjoy a casual meal at the dining table or take your meal down to the enclosed picnic table area for privacy, where you can find additional seating.
In the large master suite, you will find a king bed, 40" TV, dresser with plenty of drawers to put clothing, and a large bath with a shower-tub combo. The spacious second bedroom includes a king bed, 40" TV, and closet with ample storage.
Kids will rush to claim their bunk in the third bedroom, with a twin-over-full bunk and double bunkbed. This is the perfect cheery spot for sleepovers or late-night movies or games on the 32" TV.
An additional full bath is convenient to the second and third bedrooms. Keep your beach towels fresh with a washer/dryer in a dedicated laundry room. You can park up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. There is no cable at this property, so bring your Amazon Firesticks, Playstations, X-Box, Roku’s and personal codes for Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, so you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows.
