Top Shellf is a newly renovated luxurious gulf-front penthouse located in Pinnacle Port.

Upon entering the penthouse, you are greeted by a high-end kitchen, dining area for 10, and a living area that is perfect for family gatherings. Simply open the sliding door that takes you out to the balcony that has stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. This penthouse is unlike anything else in Pinnacle Port, it is an end unit that has views from Panama City Beach to Destin and borders the large secluded beach, Camp Helen State Park. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the morning sunrise and evening sunsets.

Stroll back into the condo and you will find a king master off of the living room that has gulf views. Further down the hall, you will find the charming bunk room with 4 twin beds and 2 trundles that the kids will love. The third bedroom is an additional king guest bedroom that also has gulf views with its own private bath.

This Top Shellf penthouse will not disappoint!

We are excited to have you stay with us! Oversee Rentals is a small locally owned company comprised of hard-working professionals passionate about providing a clean home and consistent experience for our guests. Our local office is located within 5 minutes from this condo. We are open seven days a week and operate a 24/7 emergency line. If you need anything during your stay, please let us know. We are right down the street and are happy to head your way!

Great location

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. It was not crowded, the water was clear and the sand was white! The condo has tennis courts, a sand volleyball net and kayaks to use on the lake. We also found a ton of sea shells which was a nice change vs staying in Destin. The water was fishy, which was perfect for our family who likes to fish. The condo itself is older but this unit was completely updated, clean and nicely kept. There are fans in every room, which was nice. It seems like the air conditioner had a difficult time keeping cool at times. One evening we returned and it was 77 in the unit…this would be more of an issue during prime summer months. We were here the very last week of May. No other complaints!

Top Shellf indeed!

Incredible place to stay! Perfectly situated for views and so close to the beach. The extra perk was having a complimentary set of chairs and umbrella already set up by beach service (can call and have more setup - on your dime). We saw dolphins about 100 yards out for 2 of our 5 days there. Management was responsive and helpful. This place is a hidden gem away from the crowds and madness of 30A, Rosemary and Panama City. Truly magical.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful condo was the perfect location for a long weekend! The views were amazing! There was a quick walk to the beach and the included umbrellas were a bonus! The decor was newly updated and welcoming! We enjoyed great restaurants and shops nearby. We will definitely remember this spot the next time we plan a beach vacation!
