C'est une unité premium et l'un des meilleurs de Phoenix West !!! Nouveaux meubles de salon et nouvelle table et chaises de balcon !!!

Phoenix West est l'un des condominiums les plus luxueux du golfe! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis votre balcon ou par les baies vitrées du salon et de chaque chambre. Avec plus de 2600 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse et récemment meublée avec 3 lits king size!

L'unité est décorée de façon professionnelle avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des armoires personnalisées, des comptoirs en granit, un bar avec machine à glaçons, un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 46 pouces dans le salon avec télévision à écran plat dans les chambres, une buanderie avec machine à laver . Il y a 3 chambres avec lits King et le 4ème BR a un lit Queen. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace.

Il y a une rivière paresseuse, un toboggan aquatique, une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire clôturée, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, 4 saunas et des courts de tennis sur le toit.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Stationnement: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à votre arrivée. Ils sont facturés une fois pour 35 $ par véhicule. Si vous louez une unité de 4 chambres à Phoenix West, vous pourrez acheter jusqu’à TROIS laissez-passer de stationnement. La réception vous vendra des laissez-passer supplémentaires en fonction de l’occupation du complexe pendant votre séjour, mais ne vous attendez pas à pouvoir en acheter. l'été.

A great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 7 was comfortable. We loved being able to just ride the elevator down to the pool and beach. We rented umbrellas and chairs from Ike’s and it was a big help. The condo was pretty clean, and had the bare basics for our use. If guests want to cook or prepare food beyond opening a packet, they should either bring supplies or be ready to hit the nearby shops. All in all, it was a good week.

The condo was excellent but they have a big issue with the lack of elevators. You’ll see a lot of unhappy customers waiting for elevators. 4 elevators for 26 floors are not enough. They also have an issue with entering and exiting the parking garage. Not enough room to turn in or out and they direct all the traffic to the one side which created the problem.

Great Stay

The condo is welcoming and very clean. Beds are comfortable and the area is quiet. Great view of the gulf and along the beach. Check-in a breeze and there is plenty of parking.You will need condiments for anything you cook, but that’s not so uncommon for a rental. If you don’t like one-ply toilet paper, you will need to bring something thicker.We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this condo.

There was more than enough room for all of us without being on top of one another. The views from the deck were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Unit and Location - Could use a little TLC

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great unit and location. We will probably try to rent it again next year. That said it needs a little TLC. Some of the bathroom fixtures need to be tightened or replaced and all the bathrooms could use more towel hooks. We had very few hand towels this year for some reason (we rented this unit 2023 as well). Will we stay here again? Absolutely. But there are little things that need to be fixed/replaced.

By far this was one of the best places we have stayed at. Although a little high for wife, 19th floor it was great. Condo overall was in very good shape and very clean. A couple little things that needed some attention but thats just routine. Lots a room for a 11 of us and my 8 month old grand daughter loved all the room to explore in her walker. lots to keep us busy at the resort, lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool, indoor pool and hot tubes. Wish the outdoor pool would have been heated espcially for the little ones. overall great place and very friendly people, hope we will be able to be there soon.

Great Property!!

The property was amazing! The condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. There was easy beach access and the pool/lazy river area was great. The only odd thing was there were no hangers in the unit at all, I would have expected a four bedroom luxury unit to have hangers for guests to use. I would definitely recommend and will stay here in the future.

The view at Phoenix 1801 ⭐️☀️⛱️

There was plenty of room for our group to relax and hang out. The kitchen in this unit was outstanding. A real plus was that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed the lazy river and saunas. Great trip! Would definitely stay at this location again!

Family Vacation

The location of this property was perfect. Being on the 18th floor and the views were spectacular. Being right on the beach was also great. The close proximity of shopping, grocery stores and things to do was great. The pool area and lazy river were also very nice. That brings me to the unit itself. It was filthy. There was sticky stuff running down the fronts of some of the cabinets. There was actually peanut butter on the ceiling. The bathrooms we had to reclean. There was sand and hair in the showers. The lack of towels and kitchen towels made it a necessity to wash towels almost every other day. The balcony had food all over it and some of the furniture was broken. We tried to use the broom and dust pan but the broom handle was broken 3/4 of the handle was missing. Made it very difficult to use. The unit could use some better cleaning and linen availability. If this happens, it would be a great place. We had a great time and the location of the unit was great.

Nice Condo, but needs some TLC

The Condo has plenty of room for a bigger group and it’s in a great location. Phoenix west is a great condo building with great amenities. Had no issues ever finding parking during spring break week and elevator wait times weren’t terrible. Overall it was a nice condo and would stay again but it is in need of some touch ups through out. One bedroom door is busted where the latch plate is, the dryer sounds like it’s on its last leg, the fridge doesn’t get things super cold, paint & trim could use touching up. Make sure you pay attention to your check in email, you need to buy everything you’ll need for the week like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, hand towels, coffee filters, etc. Great location to use Instacart for deliveries of groceries and lunch from Publix or wherever too which was super nice!
