Paradis et luxe inégalé vous attendent! Notre toute nouvelle unité conçue sur mesure (l'affaire vient de se conclure à l'automne 2012!) a des plafonds de 10 pieds, des téléviseurs intelligents LED améliorés, 3 grandes chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains. Deux chambres ont des rois, une troisième chambre a 2 pleins et il y a un lit gigogne dans le salon. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain haut de gamme, et il y a une demi-baignoire dans le couloir. La cuisine est le rêve d'un chef gastronomique avec de vastes comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un énorme réfrigérateur / congélateur SubZero, une cuisinière à gaz à cinq brûleurs, un four avec tiroir chauffant, un mélangeur / processeur Ninja, un lave-vaisselle, un micro-ondes et un Cafetière Keurig VUE. Les marques incluent des élites telles que Viking, Wolf, Jacuzzi et SubZero, entre autres. Il y a aussi une machine à glaçons et un réfrigérateur à vin séparés dans le bar, et une laveuse et une sécheuse HE à chargement frontal haut de gamme dans la buanderie privée. Le balcon comprend une cuisine extérieure avec un gril à gaz haut de gamme pour préparer vos prises après une aventure réussie de pêche en haute mer! Mais si ce n'est pas votre tasse de thé, détendez-vous simplement sur le balcon (vous avez le choix entre un canapé d'extérieur, une table haute ou un bain à remous!) et profitez de la vue incroyable sur le col de Perdido. Vous pourriez même attraper des dauphins en train de gambader dans le golfe en savourant votre café du matin ou votre cocktail du soir! Ne tardez pas… vos vraies vacances de rêve vous attendent!

Super impressed!

This was our first time staying at Turquoise Place and we were highly satisfied!! I cannot get over how SPACIOUS the unit is. The water slide in the outdoor pool was a major hit with our kids (except the littlest one who was unfortunately too short). Appliances were super nice—-refrigerator was huge (which is always a plus on vacations; we didn’t have to jam everything to fit it in a tiny space) The extra ice maker was SUPER helpful to fill ice chests for the beach. Beds were very comfortable. We loved everything about this condo and this specific unit—-we will be back!

Loved this condo!

We had a great time at this condo. The owner is great to communicate with and quick to answer any questions or concerns. The views off the balcony are gorgeous and we loved having our own personal grill that we didn’t need to share. We will definitely be back!

A relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful time with our young kids, and we can’t wait to go back again. They are installing a new waterslide, and my kids are thrilled. They are removing some of the hot tubs from the balconies, but they still have a huge bathtub and spa.

First Timer!

I've been a property owner in OBA a couple of times so this was my first time at Turquoise Place. 25th floor. Great unit. Everything worked. Unit stays busy and has Everything from beach chairs to cleaning products already there. Only thing I bought extra was toilet paper and paper plates.

Perfect in every way

This was our first time staying at Turquoise Place, and we already can’t wait to go back. Location- perfect Amenities- perfect Cleanliness - perfect Accessibility - perfect Owner - perfect Unit - perfect We have absolutely zero complaints about this unit. Fully stocked kitchen Beach towels provided Beach toys provided Washer and dryer Comfortable beds CLEAN Appliances up to date Will definitely try to book this unit EVERY time we go in the future. I won’t be surprised if there ever is no availability. Literally the perfect condo.

We checked in, upon entering unit we could smell mildew. The smell was coming from the kitchen area, mostly in the area of the sink and dishwasher. The cabinets around the dishwasher were warpped/damaged from water damage and were still moist. The ice maker was broken and had leaked along the baseboard. Water damage was present there as well. We were told by the owner that the icemaker would be fixed but that never happned. He said he had to buy a new one and that it wouldnt be there for a couple weeks. The smell in the masterbath was unbearable at times.(not necessarily the owners fault because it appeared to be sewage vapors coming from the drain in the shower. Im assuming this is a building issue) This is not our first visit to Turquoise Place. We have stayed in 3 other units and experienced the shower drain issue at times in those units as well. Overall, the unit was clean and was consistent with what the online pictures showed

This was a wonderful, and relaxing place to stay. Owner is great to work with.

I can't express enough how nice a place this is to stay. The balcony was our favorite place....beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Several mornings we saw dolphins from our balcony. The higher chairs on the patio are very comfortable and allow you to see over the railing. Being able to sit out on the balcony every morning and drink my coffee while looking at the ocean never got old. Mosquitoes are horrible back home but here on the 25th floor we could sit outside anytime a day without worrying about being bitten. Hot tub is an awesome addition even in the summer...we used it several times at night. Having the grill on the deck was also a nice convenience. The entire place is furnished nicely with conveniences like a stand alone ice maker that we could fill our coolers up with. The master shower is large with a bench. All the bedrooms were comfortable and well furnished. The owner was professional and worked with us weeks before our vacation...talking to us on the phone about places to go and things to do. He even checked on us making sure we arrived safely and that everything was in order when we checked in. You are located close to many good places to eat and shop if you want. Getting to the beach is an easy walk from the back of the building. If you get tired of the beach there are a couple pools, a lazy river, and gym with a steam room and sauna. I would highly recommend this property if your looking for a beautiful, relaxing place to spend your vacation!

The property was is great shape and everything worked. I stayed here for week and it was a great time. The property manager was quick to respond. I hope to stay next year in the same unit as it was such a great time.

Wonderful place, beautiful views

Check-in was easy. The cleaning service was finishing as we arrived. We had no issues, and the few questions we asked were answered promptly. The place was beautiful, and the views were amazing! We will be back and definitely stay in this condo again.

Beautiful Spacious Condo - Exceptional Communication

The pictures in the listing of the condo didn’t do it justice. It was much more than we anticipated... beautiful, spacious, well appointed, stunning views of the beach, and easy access to parking, amenities, and the beach. Owner was very helpful and extremely responsive to any questions/concerns.

After vacationing all my life on the Emerald Coast, and coming close to buying a place several times in the past, we decided to buy at Turquoise Place.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with Turquoise Place the first time we drove by it. Its sleek design, luxury amenities, and ideal location were second to none. The grill and hot tub on the patio, the afternoon on the lazy river, the saltwater indoor pools, saunas, hot tubs, steam rooms, and huge state-of-the-art fitness centers just put it over the top for us. We love it and look forward to coming back every time!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

No other place on Orange Beach can offer the amenities that Turquoise Place offers. We love waking up and watching the sun rise from the balcony, taking long walks on the powdery white beach looking for shells, eating fresh baked oysters for dinner at the Cobalt, grilling our own fresh-caught fish on our private balcony, getting fresh Royal Reds from Blalock's, jumping the waves with the kids at the beach, and taking a relaxing dip in our private balcony hot tub before bed. We love it all.
