Inside, the bright and comfortable main level is designed for easy vacation living. The full kitchen features cheerful blue cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for meals at home. Gather around the dining table with lake views, relax in the cozy living room after a day of exploring, or head outside to the deck for fresh air and beautiful views of Cayuga Lake.

Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms provide restful spaces for families or small groups. Outside, the spacious yard offers plenty of room for lawn games, picnics, and soaking up the sunshine.

Ready for some lake time? The home's approximately 75 feet of private Cayuga Lake frontage is located just across the road from the house. Spend your days relaxing by the water, fishing from the dock, launching a kayak, or enjoying the lakeside deck. Please note that entry into and out of the lake is from the dock or breakwall rather than by wading in from the shoreline.

One of the home's unique conveniences is having Wolffy's Bar & Grill located just across the road, next to the private lakefront. A lakeside meal, cold drink, and lively atmosphere are only a short walk away! Because the restaurant and marina are nearby, guests should expect the possibility of additional boat traffic, activity, and noise around the waterfront, especially during busy summer days and evenings.

When you're ready to explore, you'll be perfectly positioned for some of the best the Finger Lakes has to offer. Sip your way along the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail, explore Taughannock Falls or Buttermilk Falls State Park, visit Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge, or spend the day discovering Ithaca and Seneca Falls.

Whether your getaway is all about lake days, wine tasting, waterfall adventures, or simply spending time together, Wolffy's House on the Hill offers a comfortable and convenient home base for experiencing Cayuga Lake and the Finger Lakes!

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
