Discover The Rod and Vine, a beautiful Finger Lakes vacation rental located on the west side of Cayuga Lake. This charming lakefront vacation home offers the perfect mix of comfort and style, with stunning views and plenty of space for your group to relax and unwind.
Inside, the open kitchen with off-white cabinetry and ample counter space makes cooking a joy. Enjoy fresh local ingredients from Ithaca's farmers market and gather around the high-top island bar or custom-built natural edge wood bar to share your favorite Finger Lakes wine or craft beer. The bar features a mini fridge, ice maker, and copper sinkâperfect for mixing up your favorite drinks.
A floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace creates a warm focal point in the living area, where large picture windows let in beautiful lake views throughout the day. The wraparound sofa is an inviting spot to relax and soak in the peaceful setting.
The cozy den just off the living room offers a quiet space to work or let kids play, complete with a sleeper sofa for additional guests. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower is conveniently located on the entry level.
Upstairs, four bedrooms offer restful comfort, with quality linens and plenty of space. The master bedroom features a king bed and private balcony, while the other bedrooms include queen beds and a twin room with an extra trundle bed.
At the lakefront, 50 feet of natural shale and pebble shore provide ample space to fish, skip rocks, or soak up the sun. Nearby, the Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge and Cayuga Lake Wine Trail offer endless opportunities for exploration. Waterloo Premium Outlets and Cayuga Lake State Park are also close by, as are the stunning Taughannock and Buttermilk Falls.
